Great private tour of Uxmal, Choco Story and Kabah

A great day viewing Uxmal, the chocolate museum and the smaller Kabah (which had barely any tourists). Our guide Julio was friendly and knowledgeable and spoke great English.

Excellent Trip to Uxmal & Kabáh

Our trip was excellent! We explored the archaeological sites of Uxmal and Kabáh, hiring certified tour guides from the local community at each location. Both sites showcased exceptional examples of Maya architecture, each with its own unique flare. Our driver was highly knowledgeable about both the Ruta Puuc area and Chiapas, offering valuable recommendations for future trips to Palenque, Yaxchilan and Bonampak. He generously offered a brief side trip to the pueblo of Muna to visit an artist we were interested in at their studio/gallery. We enjoyed a hearty midday lunch at a Maya restaurant catering to tourists, and the food was delicious. After an initial delay in booking communications, everything went smoothly. We were picked up and dropped off right at our hotel in Mérida, and the entire experience lasted about 11 hours, including our short side trip.
