    • WHAT ARE THE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THIS TOUR? Wear comfortable clothing for walking (light-colored, breathable clothing). Wear a hat or cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Bring a swimsuit and towel separately; there are restrooms and showers at the cenote. Wear water shoes to enter the cenote. Bring official identification. Eat a good breakfast before the tour. At the start of the tour, we'll stop at a convenience store to buy anything you might need. You can also bring water and snacks for the trip.
    • Dear visitor, Please note that backpacks are not allowed inside the Chichén Itzá archaeological site. This measure applies to all types of backpacks without exception and is intended to enhance safety, improve the visitor experience, and support site conservation. We recommend bringing only essential personal items and using small bags or permitted alternatives. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
