Itinerary

Your day begins with pick-up from your central Mendoza hotel. Admire the views on the drive through the vineyards of the Mendoza wine region, set against a dramatic backdrop of the Andes Mountains. Along the way, listen as your guide explains how the region’s unique soils and ideal climate have led to the production of some of Argentina’s most renowned wines.

After a short drive, arrive at your first stop, an industrial winery, where you’ll have a chance to stroll the vineyards and enjoy an expert-led tasting. Savor your first taste of Argentina’s world-famous Malbec and learn more about other grapes grown in the region, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, and Chardonnay.

Continue to a boutique winery for your second wine tasting and see a different side to the region’s wine production, then stop by a local olive oil factory for a tour and tasting. On arrival at the third and final winery, your host will be waiting to welcome you for a delicious lunch, paired with more fine wines.

The day isn’t over yet—there’s still time for one more stop, at a chocolate factory, where you’ll gain an insight into the chocolate making process, and get to indulge your sweet tooth with some delicious tasters.

Arrive back in Mendoza in the evening, where your tour ends with drop-off back at your hotel.

Great lunch and wineries were awesome

Suk_C, Oct 2025
Great lunch. The guide selected wineries that was not going to be a repeat from my first wine tour. Bravo.

Meal was excellent. First bodega poor, wines very average. Second bodega very good (very knowledgeable make guide) & third bodega satisfactory. The problem is that we have been to many bodegas in Spain, France & Italy which to be honest are in more beautiful locations and have better quality wines. Malbec very good wine of its type of course.

Mother daughter day in the vineyards

Anne_M, Feb 2025
The 5 course wine pairing lunch at bodega Ecencia 1870 was the highlight of the day. Food was amazing, so was the wine, and we overlooked the vines as we ate. We had Dolores and Maru as tour guides. Dolores shared great information on the city as we drove to our first stop and Maru was energetic and fun, and played great music on the way back.

a good experience

Ins_F, Nov 2024
the restaurant was amazing out of a wes anderson movie, the food and the wine were really good and the waiters super sweet. the wine tastings were very nice, one large production, one boutique.

Love it , great experience

I would say that this tour was worth it, why? First of all the food is amazing, I mean Amazing!! Good entrance, solid main plate, nice desert and each of those had a different wine to taste. Good vibe for the restaurant inside the bodega. Furthermore you go to 3 wineries and try lots of different wines , plus you go to olive 🫒 oil place which they explain you the process and you’ll be able to taste the difference flavors and some bread with it. The places are nice and the last one “Esencia 1870” has a good views and heritage and a old car that you ca take a good picture

nice tour but little pour

Julio_M, Feb 2024
the guides and transportation were efficient and helpful but the wine pour was barely enough to taste .

Wine Tour with Lunch from Mendoza

Stella_M, Apr 2019
We had a great time. The bodegas were beautiful and the guide was informative and fun. The food and wine was amazing!

The first part of the tour was excellent. A detailed private tour of Bodega Tonelli winery right in Mendoza. Then a superb lunch at their restaurant. After lunch we joined a bigger half day tour of three wineries. OK, but not as good as the morning and lunch.

We enjoyed the tour overall, but the itinerary did not align with how the tour actually went. Positive aspects of the tour included visits to 3 unique wineries in the Mendoza region, excellent English-speaking guides at each winery, the opportunity to sample several local wines, plus a balsamic vinegar tasting at the olive oil factory. The disappointing aspects of the tour were that lunch was served at the first winery which was much earlier than advertised, we were left at the first winery for 3.5 hours which was an excessive amount of time, we did not stop at a local chocolate factory which was one of the reasons we had specifically decided on this package, and lastly, the tour went on much longer than advertised and expected by all of the participants we did not get dropped off at our hotel until 8:30pm and we were the second stop.

The price made this one attractive. Started at 11am but the description says lunch is last when in fact it was first and too early for it considering we just had breakfast. We visited Bodega Toneles, but only had 1 tasting included with a long lunch. Be willing to buy a bottle. The other wineries were fine. Dolores and Sebastian were great guides and super friendly! The other thing I appreciated is the low key wineries since we didnt get to visit them on the last trip to Mendoza.

Exquicito e interesante

Silvio_R, Jan 2025
