We really enjoyed this personal experience. Our hosts David and Rosaria were wonderful and we had a very tasty dinner which we jointly prepared. It was a great experience to be hosted by a local family, gain insights to Argentine culture, share tidbits about our own culture over a lovely meal and Malbec (of course). I would highly recommend this activity fo anyone visiting Mendoza.

Me and my husband had a wonderful night with David and Rosi. They were very welcoming and were so helpful
They were willing to answer all of the questions about the different recipes. We all got to have a go at making the empanadas which was really fun. We also tasted some typical Argentinian aperitifs and sipped on wine whilst eating the food we created. It was a lovely , intimate and friendly atmosphere. Thank you David and Rosi.

The local dishes were a delight!! What I enjoyed the most was getting to meet other foodies. I signed up for David's class solo, but by the end of the night, I left with a bunch of new amigos!

A great experience! Not only did we cook up some amazing Argentinian dishes, but David and Rosie also shared cool tidbits about Argentinian cuisine and the local culture. I left feeling like I knew Mendoza a little better. If you want a taste of Argentina with a side of culture, this class is a must-do.
