Vino!

The guide is great, there are some wonderful wineries, and you get to learn a lot about the experience of wine making in Mendoza

This tour goes to 3 wineries and an olive oil farm. The tour took a relaxed pace (a little slow to us). The tastings were informal. We stood around a table as the winery guide poured wine into our glasses. The guide and driver were good. It was enjoyable to talk with other guests from around the world.

Good group tour of vineyards around Mendoza. Most wines we tried were sweeter than I normally order but I was happy to try them out. Olive oil tasting was great too

Go ahead and book that tour.

What a great way to spend the afternoon, visiting three wineries and one olive oil making factory. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, very nice, and professional. I highly recommend.

We Got Some!

Interesting info& lots of tastings. Each winery was different and offered new insights. Also, visited an olive producer & did a tasting there.

Half day wine tour

Lori_B, Feb 2026
The van driver and the Guide on the van were very good. It was an 18 passenger van, but when we got to the other wineries, there was probably six or seven other vans of this size. The first winery was OK. The second winery seemed very disorganized, and we spent a lot of time waiting for a guide, or having another group put with us in the middle of a tasting. The olive oil oil tour and tasting was very good. The last winery was OK as well.

Very good! Would recommend

SheilaBailey, Jan 2026
We really enjoyed the wine tastings and the olive demonstration. On the bus, the guide did a Spanish translation followed by English. It was a bit hard to follow and sometimes the attraction had passed by the time we got the explanation. Overall it was a fun day and we thoroughly enjoyed the other participants with was approximately 50/50 Spanish versus English speaking.

Wonderful experience

Great wine, nice ambience, very interesting wineries where the tour guides educated us on the process of producing wine

Good value for the price

Michael_A, Nov 2025
Overall, a pleasant afternoon and good value for the money. It was very convenient being picked up and dropped off at the hotel (though they could do better on communicating a more precise pickup time). All of the guides at the wineries and the olive farm were knowledgeable and I did learn a few things. TBH many of the wines sampled were just so-so at best, so this would not be a tour for people who are very knowledgeable and passionate about wine.

Great introduction tour

Rosario was a fantastic guide. This was my first Wine day tour so I wanted to get feel for it..it was worth the price and information.

Great Tour

Anonymous, Oct 2025
We got picked up from our hotel at 2pm and the group was a mixture of Spanish and English speakers, the tour guide and guides at the wineries spoke both languages and separated us in to groups depending on the language you spoke. It was all very well done and everyone was lovely, the wine and olive oil tastings were great. We have a fantastic day and would highly recommend.

Great wine tour!

Imelda_B, Sep 2025
You get a lot of value out this tour, also it a good location if you don’t have a car to visit to the other wine areas. We enjoyed and everybody was very friendly.

Overcrowded

Iwan_C, Aug 2025
Was well organised with nice people, however the tour does have over 30 people on it so you definitely don’t get a personal feel. The first and third winery we visited were very good however the second one you really didn’t get much to try at all. The servings were very small, so you couldn’t really taste.

It was a nice tour. The first vineyard in particular stood out - it was great to get such a unique insight into wine production in Mendoza. We enjoyed the olive factory tour too.

Highly recommend

Rebekah_V, Jul 2025
Great experience! All three wineries and the olive farm were very interesting. Very kind and welcoming people and proud of their businesses, they were all excited to share. I was the only English speaker and Dolores made sure I felt included and understood everything.

Excellent service, mid-tier wineries

Lucas_L, Jun 2025
Incredible service (thank you for Rocío and Juan Pablo for the tour!), super fun. The actual wineries were average. For the price, it's a great deal, but don't expect amazing wines!

Make sure you can attend on the day

Benjamin_C, May 2025
Unfortunately I was ill and couldn't attend the tour. I contacted them the in the morning and tried to reschedule for the day after or another suitable time. They wouldn't allow this, so I wasted my money. Doesn't sit well with me, the principal of just taking money and not delivering.

Rushed; not recommended.

JC_J, Mar 2025
Tour is short and crammed and very little time to sit and enjoy each farm. Guide and driver I have no complaints but farms except the organic all hosts were just us through. I would not recommend and regret taking the tour. Nothing special at all.

Great tour

Great experience! Our guide was Maru, she was well disposed, friendly and told us a lot of facts about Mendoza. Ive done this trip before and I'm really happy to say it was better than the last time. We visited 3 wineries and 1 olive oil factory. They were all great and had their different stories.

Fun and informative experience

Remedios_R, Mar 2025
The wine tour is a must in Mendoza. Maru, our tour guide and Leandro, our driver, were both polite and professional. We visited three wineries and all of them were informative with 3-4 wine tastings in each wineries. I am not a wine connoisseur but I thought the wines were great. The tour ended with an olive oil plantation/olive oil making tour. We tasted 5-6 olive oil. This was amazing as well as the gentleman who gave us the tour was very knowledgeable and passionate about the whole olive oil industry. Overall, I recommend this tour if one is in Mendoza.

Amazing and tasty wine

indhara_c, Feb 2025
We had an amazing time. Our tour guide Carolina knew her stuff. At first we were upset because the visit to Don Manuel Villafañe got switched for bodega Essencia but the wine was excellent.

Try a different tour!

David_L, Feb 2025
Tour is not in English. It was a split tour (Spanish/English) though not listed. It was probably 90% in Spanish. Hostess Carolino (Caro) spoke very little English, likewise with the bodegas she took us to. Bodegas were not the same as listed and were her friends and the wine was underwhelming. Spanish people got a 30 minute overview at each winery, English were lucky if they even told us which kind of wine we were drinking, maybe a 1-2 minute description. We waited while the locals got a great tour and sat around like dummies while Caro ignored us and spoke Spanish to her local friends. All 5 English speakers were upset. When I brought this up to Caro, she shouted at me in front of everyone and said it takes “more words to describe things in Spanish”. She clearly wasn’t up to the task. Worst tour I took in Mendoza. Try others.

Lovely wine tour!...

RILEY_A, Feb 2025
Lovely wine tour! Beautiful scenery and very nice surrounds. Each place we visited gave us a comprehensive tour and explanation of the wines! Tastings are generous but no option to buy and drink extra wine on the tour (can buy bottles to take away). Lots of standing so be prepared as it was hot when we went (and cannot order extra food).

Amazing!

Amber_M, Feb 2025
Our guide, Maru, was amazing. Best guide I’ve ever had, ready to answer any questions and super sweet and accommodating, also great taste in music for the van! The tour was cool and very informative, delightful wines and olive oils!

Really nice tour and worth the money. I loved all the shop we went to, the bus was nice and cool. Group was mixed which was great too. The only downside was pick up, the tour doesn’t communicated until hours before the tour, so it makes it hard to plan your day. Communication from them was definitely lacking. The guide Maru was really great though.

Amazing tour

Walter_W, Jan 2025
This was an amazing experience. I learned so much about the wine, making business in Argentina and really enjoyed visiting the wineries and vineyards that were part of the itinerary, not to mention all of the sampling that we did. An unexpected additional bonus was the visit to the nearby, Olive Groves, and a chance to sample several varieties of olive oil. All the while, our main guide from Viajes & Diseños was so informative along with the other guides that made this such a wonderful experience. It is highly recommendable.
