Great intro to Santiago!
This tour was one of the highlights of our time in Santiago, and our guide, Pablo, made it truly unforgettable.
From the moment we met him, Pablo's energy, warmth, and passion for his city were infectious. It was just the two of us on the tour, which made the experience feel incredibly personal. As we strolled from the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes to the local market, Pablo shared fascinating stories about Santiago's history, culture, and people. He was engaging, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to spend time with.
Pablo also became our personal photographer for the day, taking countless photos along the way and then generously sending us over 100 pictures afterwards – a thoughtful touch!
The food experience itself was exceptional. We were completely spoiled with tastings throughout the market, sampling delicious olives, avocados that can actually be eaten with the skin on, and an array of local produce we had never seen before. Pablo picked up local pressed ham, cheeses, breads, and pastries before setting up an amazing tasting feast, including a traditional Chilean hot dog loaded mayonnaise, and avocado plus other delicious local specialties.
Walking through the market with Pablo was an experience in itself. He seemed to know everyone. Shop owners greeted him like an old friend, and there was constant laughter, joking, and storytelling. It felt as though we were exploring the market with a local celebrity, giving us a genuine insider's experience that we could never have had on our own.
Although the tour was scheduled for three hours, Pablo happily extended it so we could enjoy a wonderful lunch featuring traditional Chilean dishes, including Pastel de Choclo – Chile's version of shepherd's pie made with sweet mashed corn and filled with mince and chicken – along with fried hake, salad, local bone broth and pasta soup, fresh bread, and beer.
As if all of that wasn't enough, Pablo treated us to a popular Chilean ice cream, gifted us some local Merquén spice to take home, and introduced us to several long-time market stallholders, making us feel like locals ourselves.
This was so much more than a food tour – it was a cultural experience filled with amazing food, wonderful stories, genuine connections, and lots of laughter.
Thank you, Pablo, for an exceptional and unforgettable day. It was the perfect way to spend our second day in Santiago, and we cannot recommend this tour highly enough. If you're lucky enough to have Pablo as your guide, you're in for something special!

Great day trip from...
Great day trip from Santiago. Our guide Tiare was wonderful, very knowledgeable and engaging. Valparaiso is definitely worth visiting for its history, culture, funiculars and stair, wall and street art. We stopped at the Emiliana winery (largest organic winery in the world) in Casablanca on the way back to Santiago. Beautiful property, with lovely wines to taste (included) and alpaca’s to amaze at.

10/10 Way to see Valparaiso
We had considered staying in Valparaiso and decided instead to stay in Santiago and take a day tour. This one was perfect - it ended up just being the two of us, Julio picked us up at our hotel at 8am and drove us down to Valparaiso for a 90-min walk around the historic part of town. Since we were two younger people he was happy to walk with us and took us on some extra loops to see different parts of the town. So beautiful despite the grey weather, Valparaiso is a beautiful but a little gritty seaside town - don’t expect perfect beauty!
Julio had switched up the order of the tour for us considering that it was a Sunday and there were some political happenings to make sure we were doing things at the safest time of day. Later, when a part of the coast road was closed for a fun run he was able to quickly offer some great alternatives to us.
After a leisurely stop for a lovely lunch we drove partway back to Santiago for the winery stop. This was truly excellent and we bought several bottles to drink later.
Would 100% recommend this to anyone, such an expert guide can take great care of you and offer a customized day that lets you see and learn so much more than you could by yourself!

Fabulous day trip to Valparaiso!
I can’t say enough good things about this fabulous day trip to Valparaiso. Daniel gave us an incredible tour of the city, showing us many spots outside of the typical tourist route with lots of free time to explore. He is so knowledgeable about Chilean history, politics, and art; I really enjoyed learning from him. I especially loved how he taught us about all the different mural styles and artists (we even got to meet one of them in his office!). This felt like a really authentic local experience, as opposed to a tourist trap. Valparaiso is so beautiful, charming, and utterly unique—I feel like I got a really good feel for the city after this trip. The wine tasting in Casablanca was also excellent. Most of all, I really appreciate Daniel’s flexibility and understanding. Daniel dropped me off at the Santiago airport after my tour which I really appreciated! No other tour group/provider would do this. Thank you Daniel for the wonderful trip!

Loved it.
La Bicicleta Verde tour was so wonderful and informative. Isa our tour guide was so kind, ulta knowledgeable, and we felt safe following her around the city the whole tour. She is passionate about biking and giving back to the community through biking and that truly comes out during the tour. Definitely do this when you come to Santiago!

Amazing Chilean Wine tasting experience
Eugene was a great guide, who was on time in picking us up from our hotel and very easy to talk to during our day trip. He took us to 3 wineries, each of which was amazing and one of which we probably wouldn’t have known about or been able to get into on our own. Each winery visit was set up well and the folks there knew Eugene and treated us extremely well. We were able to walk around parts of the winery and get a tour of the cellars for some as well; was a really local genuine experience with amazing Chilean wines. Highly recommended!

Incredible day with incredible guides! <3
Absolutely incredible day!!!! Ali, our guide, was truly fantastic, with such a beautiful energy that infected us with her enthusiasm, calm and love of Chile.
I was nervous about the hike with my asthma, but it was more than fine, and Ali and the team made me feel very safe and welcome.
I could not recommend it more, particularly for female solo travellers.
I will still be in Chile in July and will be rebooking to see the landscape in Winter.

Wonderful Experience
A wonderful experience! Very interesting and historic background to the vineyard. Wines were impeccable and the cheese, Salami, olives and chocolate selection to go with the wine tasting was perfection. A special thank you to Virginia who not only translated beautifully in to English and answered all our questions but also catered for 2 additions to our group who couldn’t fit on the Spanish tour due to over subscription meaning she did the tour in both languages with great professionalism. Would highly recommend this tour, it’s great value for money and you even get to keep your branded wine glasses as a souvenir.

Informative and fun day
Jorge was a fantastic guide who made the day very special for us. Even though 12/14 people on the tour were Spanish speaking, he took the time to also sit with my wife and I and explain everything in English (we do not speak Spanish very well, but we could understand his Spanish for many items).
We were given history and context and he made the day fun, as he is also a teacher.
Highly recommend!

Excellent Half Day Tour
This was an excellent half day tour near Santiago. The tour is really sharing facts to the Concha y Toro where, then, their staff takes over. However, I didn’t have to worry about logistics as I showed up and learned more about the history of the vineyards. Of course, I thoroughly enjoyed the wine. Highly recommend!

Daniel took us to a small village typical of SA , with tons of street vendors and rustic restaurants. While it looked chaos and poor, it was delightful, everyone was friendly and the food wonderful. No other tour has done this. It was a fantasy turned true. We absolutely loved it.!!!!

Hike and Hot Springs - worth it!
It’s a beautiful hike with knowledgeable and friendly guides, stunning views of the Andes, to a beautiful meadow with a stream and natural springs. We saw wildflowers, beautiful high mountains, birds and horses, and they provided a nice packed lunch and water for us too. The max altitude will be about 8200ft, not high enough for altitude sickness, but there were some moderately steep inclines that caused some exertion but they gave lots of breaks and provided hiking poles.
We did the optional hot springs add-on which is was preferred to just the longer hike! It was so relaxing and such a unique experience, the hot springs themselves felt like they were at the end of the earth, nestled on the side of a deep valley. Our guides Elias and Andres made it especially fun. Would 100% do again.
