Amazing!

Highly recommend! The trek along the mountains was gentle and beautiful. I had never ridden a horse before but they were great and kind teachers and I felt comfortable on the horse. The horses were calm and the ride was very peaceful. The dinner and then singing around the campfire at night was a great touch and felt very special.

Beautiful day in the mountains

We had a fantastic day at Don Daniel’s. Our guide Tim picked us from the hotel, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the pastries and matas at the ranch and then met our horses. Had the most amazing riding experience starting with the views, the horses, the lunch asado cooked over a rustic fire with wine. We then started our descent back to the ranch it was such a fun day. Absolute best part of our Argentina trip!

Hosta were very friendly, horses were very easy going and knew the direction to go by themselves. The views were amazing of vineyards, olive trees, and the Andes mountains in the distance. The asado lunch afterwards was one of the best meals: a very large spread with lots of bbq options and great Malbec wine! Well with the value...truly amazing!

One of the best experiences we’ve ever had

Such a fabulous day spent horse riding in the Andes. The journey to the ranch was an adventure itself but so worth the time. Greeted with refreshments and introductions to our hosts. Good instructions to riding and the horses, and then we were off in a line over the stunning and tricky terrain. The views were amazing and plenty of opportunities for photos. We had total trust in the Gauchos and our horses. Falcundo at the front was So calm and reassuring, so even on the very steep uphill/downhill sections, our confidence grew. On our return to the ranch we were treated to a marvellous BBQ feast. Meat, salads, bread, never ending wine and lemonade. It was truly magnificent and honestly the best steaks ever. Big thanks to Ezekiel, Cecelia and Estefanía for welcoming and spoiling us. The communication was excellent prior to the trip, transport was punctual and thanks to Fabian, the drive there and back was uneventful considering the terrain. I highly recommend this day as you will have such a fabulous time in such an amazing backdrop.

An afternoon towards the Aconcagua

The hiking is easy and, indeed, we can see the Aconcagua ! Our guide was Pablo: he is very knowledgeable in the history of the country and its consequences on modern days. He was very, very good. There are numerous stops on the way to take pictures of breathtaking landscapes ! Pablo also explained how water is a precious resource in Mendoza and how it is manage. It was very informative !

Great Tour

We got picked up from our hotel at 2pm and the group was a mixture of Spanish and English speakers, the tour guide and guides at the wineries spoke both languages and separated us in to groups depending on the language you spoke. It was all very well done and everyone was lovely, the wine and olive oil tastings were great. We have a fantastic day and would highly recommend.
