Magical tour of Luján de Cuyo and Valle de Uco
The tour was excellent. Great communication from the Trout & Wine team before the tour, prompt pickup at our hotel, and a comfortable ride. Carina was a wonderful guide - warm, welcoming, informative, and just overall delightful, and Cristián was a skilled driver (he calmly avoided disaster when another car swerved across 2 lanes in front of us to park!) and had great taste in music for the ride home. The 3 bodegas were quite different from each other, all with a lovely selection of wines and excellent hosts who educated us about the history of viticulture in the region, how the grapes were handled and about how the calicatas could be used to select which ones would thrive, each site’s specific methods for creating certain wines, and we finished with an absolutely incredible lunch using local ingredients and paired with an excellent array of wines. We had a terrific group of fellow travelers and felt like we had a bunch of new friends after this incredible day. We feel so fortunate to have had this experience and would recommend to anyone who loves good wine, beautiful scenery, and great company.

Must do in Mendoza
Incredible experience from start to finish. We had an issue with our flight to Mendoza and Stella was very understanding and moved our activity a day later without any problem. She was an incredible host, the horses are extremely well trained and suitable for any level of horse rider, the guides lead and close the group at a very comfortable pace and offered to take pictures at the summit. The views are one of a kind and the dinner at the end also is. It was the best food we've had so far in Argentina, a great variety and plenty of it. Worth every single penny and could not recommend it enough.

Truly a unique experience...
Truly a unique experience riding in the foothills of the Andes! José picked us up from our airbnb in the Uco Valley and drove us to his ranch. We were greeted by a few of his horses and fed them apples. While Jose got the horses ready, my friend and I sat under a beautiful tree by the river. Later José would cook us a delicious Asado and we would eat under that tree. We had a very sunny day and got to experience the Zonda wind on our ride. The views were stunning, the horses were calm and easy to ride. If you are looking for an experience that is truly authentic and not at all touristy, I would recommend!

Come for the horses, stay for the Asado
We had such a wonderful time with César and his people. Everyone was so welcoming. We did a 90 minute ride which wasn’t too much for the non-horse people in the group. The dinner with Asado afterwards was probably some of the best food I had in Argentina, and it kept coming! I would highly recommend this experience for anyone coming to Mendoza.
