Manu and Pipi were...
Manu and Pipi were wonderful guides and drivers! Manu has such a wonderful joy for life, is super passionate about what he does, and really does help set the stage for a great day. They pulled out all the stops with a hot breakfast - eggs, avocado, manjar, coffee, all with the beautiful backdrop of the desert, and did the same again for lunch. Chaxa was unreal to see the gorgeous scenery with the flamingos.

Stunning tour of the Altiplano
This tour was incredible - my favourite day in the Atacama! The pick up was well organized, and the guide, assistant and driver were all wonderful. Every sight that we visited was so beautiful - I wished we could stay at each place for twice as long! We saw so much wildlife, and the natural landscapes were stunning. Bring some of your own food, because it's a while before you get breakfast and then a long time until lunch! Do also be prepared for cold weather, mostly due to wind. The guide Lorena was so knowledgeable and delivered the tour in Spanish, English and Portuguese. She also answered so many questions, and we had so much fun as a group! I went as a solo traveller and chatted with lots of people.

Go with the Flow
Mother nature decides whether you will see the Milky Way or not. This company very efficiently let us know that the sky would be cloudy and the tour had to cancel. Of course, they offered the full refund and made it easy with a link to do so or the option to reschedule. I was unable to reschedule due to the length of my holiday, but I decided to donate the cost of the excursion to the Milky Way via this organization! Go to ATACAMA DESERT!

You will enjoy unique vistas and hear talking rocks!!!!! Our guide, Victoria, was charming, engaging and very knowledgeable. Victoria loves her job and the cultural components that make this place extra special. The sunset snacks and drinks are a perfect ending and VERY TASTY was everything!

July 2026 Stargazing
This was an incredible experience, and I highly recommend it. You will not just learn a lot, but you will experience the skies in a new way thanks to Rodrigo and his teams’ passion and knowledge. Their communication throughout the booking and preparations was clear, helpful, and responsive.

Amazing views and great guide and driver
We took the 3D/2N trip. It was so good. I have never seen any landscape that is more beautiful than this. The guide Wilson and the driver Hugo was the highlight of our trip. They were so friendly and funny that made the whole trip so much better. The rooms were quite cold and the food was good most of the days, but it was all worth it with the beautiful landscapes and the amazing guide and driver. Thanks again to Wilson and Hugo.
I can only recommend this trip.

Travel tour Great, Viator not
The Valley of the Moon tour with Whipala was great! The guide was engaging and funny. However, Viator said it was at 4pm, sent tickets that said 4 pm, but we just happened to go to the tour guide office the day before to ask about another tour and incidentally learned the tour was really at 2:30!!! They had the summer time listed for the winter tour!

Magical experience
We cannot rate the experience highly enough. From start to finish, Jonathon put so much effort into making the night as magical as possible. The sky itself was beautiful, but everything was so thought through on the tour that it made the experience perfect. Jonathon and his wife went to extra care to ensure our allergies were taken care of and that my partner was kept safe. The snack boards were delicious, as was the wine. Jonathon is clearly very passionate and extremely knowledgeable. It was a privilege to be able to listen to him speak about the stars and learn so much whilst gazing at the beautiful views. Each of us got plenty of time to use the telescopes, it wasn’t rushed and Jonathon wanted to make sure that we had all seen everything. The whole night ran seamlessly. It was magic and memorable from start to finish.

Great morning out! Delicious breaky.
Great half day tour to the geysers with Pukarumi tours. Our guide was Aslye and she was excellent - knowledgable, friendly, and was able to answer lots of questions. She also was very firm about the importance of being respectful to the animals which we really liked. And when cara were speeding past us at the flamingo lagoon she was signalling to them to slow down - also appreciated this! The breakfast was top notch - best scrambled eggs that I have had in 3 months in South America. Delicious fresh bread, avocado, fruit and coffee. (Also meat, cheese and cake which I didn’t have).
The geysers were beautiful - really worth the early rise. I have been to geysers in NZ and Iceland and Bolivia and thought these were fabulous.
Also shout out to Brian, our very safe driver. And to Walter who cooked the tasty eggs!

An unforgettable experience in every way!
Visiting El Tatio Geysers was one of the most precious moments of our honeymoon. We arrived before sunrise - on Valentine’s Day, no less - and watching the steam rise into the cold morning air as the first light appeared was completely mystical.
Being there so early meant we experienced the geysers at their most dramatic, with powerful plumes of steam illuminated by the soft dawn light. The landscape felt raw, ancient and almost otherworldly.
Our guide, Alex, was exceptional. He has been leading this tour for years and his knowledge, passion and genuine warmth truly elevated the experience. He shared fascinating insights about the geothermal activity and the surrounding Andean ecosystem, answered every question with enthusiasm and made us feel completely at ease. He is also an excellent and very reassuring driver - something you deeply appreciate on those early mountain roads.
Despite the cold, we were treated to a wonderful picnic breakfast prepared by Alex, which felt incredibly special in such a setting.
The tour was also impressively well-organised, with timely pick-up and drop-off at our hotel, and the use of WhatsApp for all communications - before, during and after the trip, including sharing photos - was incredibly convenient and much appreciated. An unforgettable experience in every way!

Excellent tour for stargazing
Excellent experience for stargazing 🔭 along with the telescope viewing of the stars and the moon especially was really fascinating . They even took some great astrophotography shots of all of us and serves us drinks / snacks . The guide explained all things in detail as best as he could about stars and other things related to space so the entire group could follow. Definitely recommend this company when you’re in San Pedro de Atacama. Only thing to note is when the intensity of the moon is brighter, you may not be able to see many stars at night and your photo Astro photo might not be as great compared to a night without moonlight. So if this matters to you as well, please do check the lunar calendar for e moon cycles before booking this activity

Main places in Atacama perfectly organized
It was a beautiful experience, we loved Valle De La Luna, Geysers del Tatio, and floating in Laguna del Cejar. Each tour had its own magic. Our guides and drivers were really nice and friendly. We enjoyed that in each tour we had breakfast or snacks, a combination of native cuisine, fruits, and sweets. We couldn't do the Astronomic Tour due to weather conditions.

The high altitude and volcanic terrain of San Pedro de Atacama means it has myriad outdoor adventure options. The town sits high in the Andes Mountains and the surrounding desert landscape features lagoons, natural hot springs, dunes, and geysers. Popular San Pedro de Atacama tours include excursions to see the Valley of the Moon’s rock formations, the desert’s salt flats, a field full of active geysers, and the Los Flamencos National Reserve, where you can see three different species of flamingo.
