This Mendoza wine tour was exceptional. The first winery featured vast vineyards, a diverse range of wines, and an insightful look into production, followed by a rich tasting experience. The second, a boutique winery, showcased its exclusive, limited-production Taro collection—renewed each year—for a truly unique experience.

Please don’t book this tour, it’s a scam. The pictures you see of the lunch and winery are not what you will experience. We were taken to a totally different restaurant that was awful. Then to a very small winery. You will be very disappointed!!! Our group of 6 hated their lunch, and never got the opportunity to see the grand wineries. False advertising

Dear Kim, I want to address your review while clarifying some important points about your experience with us: Your tour included all advertised services: Professional transportation, English-speaking guide service, Lunch at Jean Busquet winery, and Private wine tasting at Zaina winery with the owner. When I found out you weren't happy with the selected wineries, as you were looking to visit some bigger wineries, I immediately took action to make it right. I made multiple attempts to reach you by phone and contacted your hotel, I left you a message offering a complimentary experience for the next day (free of charge), which included: Free transportation to another premium winery (this time at a bigger and famous winery), wine-tasting experience, and the airport transfer service with our bilingual guide. This was my personal attempt to ensure you left Mendoza with the exceptional experience we're known for delivering. Unfortunately, you were not interested in making this happen. I must say that all the photos on the profile are from our past tours are real, I am sorry you were looking for a different kind of experience As someone who personally handles customer support and leads most of the tours, I take great pride in ensuring that our guests have memorable experiences. While we delivered all contracted services as promised, your satisfaction matters deeply to me, which is why I tried to go above and beyond with the complimentary offer. I remain available to discuss your concerns further and find a suitable resolution.
