If you are a fan of geology, then this trip is not to be missed. The andes vary greatly in colour with no 2 peaks the same. The scenery was stunning. The tour guide very helpful. However, a word of warning. If you suffer from altitude sickness fhen beware. I started to feel it from the stop at the natural arch Bridge. And was feeling quite ill by the time I got to cristo redentor. That said, my cousin who was travelling with me was completely unaffected.

Full day trip worth every penny. Knowledgeable guide (Federico) who spoke Spanish at a speed I could understand and then repeated in English for my benefit. Stunning scenery. Sufficient time at each point of interest. Good value lunch at 20,000 ARS including a drink. No hesitation in recommending. Take something warm to wear it gets a little chilly. Take a water bottle and fill it up in the stream.

It's an impressive 10-hour bus ride through the mountains with stops at interesting view points. Unfortunately our tour guide Laila did not speak English but she was creative and at every stop she asked a guide from a different tour to give us a short summary in English. It would have been nice if the company had provided a flyer with the basic information in English. Our guide was very caring about the travelers.

Our tour was with Cepa Turismo and was excellent. Rocío the guide spoke good English and did a great job. Carlito the driver was v safe especially on the dirt road to Christ the Redeemer

trust you are doing well. I was full of expectation when I booked the tour from Mendoza to the Mountains "a full-day english guided event in a particular small group with activities like hiking to surrounding Mountains including Aconcagua-View". The day before I had a wonderful afternoon spent on a wine yard in Mendoza with cellar tour and tasting. Extraordinary!!!
To put it straight. I am a Tour Guide for more then 15 years. I worked for a Safari-Company from Cape Town in whole Southern Africa and in 2018 I joined a Tour Operator in Germany. I know exactly how hard we strive to meet customers expectations day by day. But my experience today outside Mendoza was a really dark moment.
To be honest, my expectations were not filled at all. Since I could only book tour via Internet (got to Mendoza on sunday and tourism offices closed) I trusted your well advertised offer. At the end I realised that I payed double the amount of money then my fellow travellers. I call that outrageous or a rip off.
Please read this. In the morning I got to meeting point at Hotel by 7.15 am. Pick-up was arranged by 7.30 am. The bus did not show up by 7.30 and by 7.45 I phoned your office by extra expenses of 8,00 Euro on my phone bill. Then we started for another 30 Minutes to collect more clients in town. It is an unacceptable waste of time. You should have let me know in advance.
At 8.00 am the bus showed up with tour leader Cynthia. Instead of travelling with a particular "small tour group" I ended up in a Mercedes Sprinter with 16 fellow travellers including elder people and Families with babies.
Tour Leader Cynthia could hardly understand me and was not able to transfer information in english to me. We tried the translation-mode of cell-phone, but she failed to press the button for the micro so information was lost again and again.
Next tour-time was stolen on half Hour break at Upsalla for toilet-stop. While walking arround I met other Tour-Guide Bibiana and told her about that I am not happy the way my tour is conducted. She arranged wit Cynthia - since they are working for same company - to take me on her tour-bus. Despite the fact that I ended up on the last row of another fully booked Mercedes Sprinter, squeezed in I was happy to have someone talking english and happy to transfer information to me. Thank you Bibiana for all your efforts!!!
The Stop at the road side for getting a climpse of Mountain Aconcagua went out to watch a massiv mountain range covered in clouds. But anyway, this is part of nature and I am pretty sure that the mountain is still there and will show me its chocolate face when I will get there next time.
Next waste of time was Lunch break at "The Cuevas" for an hour , followed by a sales trip to a chocolates sale and wine tasting close to Border to Chile,
On the way back I was allowed by tour leader Bibiana to take her seat in the front. I realised that the dash-bord of the Mercedes -Sprinter, driven by Mr. Ricardo - was showing more than 6 failure-notes (including ASP, break-system, Light, Liquid supply etc. I asked Bibiana to find out from the driver, if he was aware of the failure-notices, because I felt a bit worried. At a break, when the driver kickt the rattling fender of the vehicle back into its position, he confirmed, that he was aware of failure-notice, but did not care, because he expected the messages to be deleted at next service.
Once again, I am a tour guide and I used to drive the Sprinter myself for yaers. The way Ricardo drove the steep downhill sections from Mountains back to town was not appropriate, he was several times tailgating other vehicles and overspeeding.
That tour left me quiet clueless. I would like to sort out the issue thoroughly. I am far away from flooding the internet with bad comments on your product. But I would like you to reimburse me in a appropriate way for the bad experience and the loss of value of the trip.

It is absolutely great tour if you speak Spanish. But if you expect to get the same information in English you are going to be disappointed. Guide was speaking perfect English but it did not come natural to her to remember that non-Spanish speaking travelers are also there.

Tour and guide very good. Our only complaint is concerning information about time for pickup. We got information about 7.30 and ordered a taxi for 7.00. Later the day before we got new information with pickup 8.00-08.45 and we hope Tangol will plan the pickup earlier in the future.

Primeiramente um conselho para quem for fazer este passeio, eu infelizmente passei muito mal, imagino ter sido o mal da montanha (enjoo, tontura, cansaço, falta de ar, dores pelo corpo e vista embaçada) então recomendo a quem for fazer se medicar antes de subir, pois eu não aproveitei tanto quanto gostaria. O Tour começou cedo, e durante o caminho fizemos uma parada na cidade de Uspallata um local razoável, mas valeu por conhecer e pelo lanche matutino, seguimos para Puente Picheuta, onde nos deparamos com uma construção antiga, seguimos para vila ferroviaria de Polvaredas, e a atração principal a Puente del Inca. Mas infelizmente nosso guia Hugo não realizou o tour completo, já que a parada no mirador do Aconcágua, paramos no meio da estrada longe da placa do mirador, a passagem pela barragem foi tão rápida que nem conseguimos ver, e não houve a parada no Cristo Redentor De Los Andes ou seja faltou coisas, mas sinceramente o pior de toda a experiencia além do meu estado físico devido ao mal da montanha foi a parada na vila Las Cuevas, onde fomos levados ao um restaurante terrível, com uma comida cara e intragável, com banheiros sujos e todos os ambientes incluindo o salão de refeição no escuro, ou seja um lugar pavoroso e nojento. Não sei o que realmente houve neste tour, mas além de ter sido incompleto não houve satisfação sobre isso e digo por mim se eu soubesse não teria contratado, foi a maior decepção da minha viagem.

La excursión como experiencia en sí, es bellisíma, todos los lugares recorridos hasta finalizar en el Cristo Redentor. Pero, las paradas en cada lugar son muy cortas y el precio incluye solo el traslado, que si bien es fundamental como así también, la guía, que fue muy buena, me pareció un precio demasiado caro. Ni siquiera incluye el almuerzo y me permito hacer esta comparación, porque he realizado otras excursiones, que hasta por un costo menor incluían mucho mas.

Com relação à excursão, favor notar que você contratou um serviço que inclui tudo o que é conhecido como Alta Montanha e, portanto, é um passeio extensivo ao longo da Rota 40 e da Rota 7 (cerca de 400 km). Esta informação é proporcionada no sitio onde você fez a reserva, e você também pode ver em qualquer mapa que as distâncias são longas, e é por isso que é uma excursão de um dia inteiro. O problema é que escolhi grupos pequenos!!!! E me colocaram em um onibus comum com mais de 42 pessoas!! Ou seja esse ( para grupos pequenos) nao vale para nada... imaginava uma mini van ou algo do tipo... mas fomos numa muvuca com muitas paradas e saimos 7:30 para chegar 21:30hs

Com relação ao veículo, nossa descrição não indica que estará em um minivan, está especificado que possui um máximo de 40 pessoas. Dependendo do número de pessoas que tomam o serviço, pode ser feito em uma minivan ou ônibus para até 40 pessoas. É um serviço regular, não semi-privado. Sentimos muito pela confusão que pode ter surgido.

malisima la combi llego antes de tiempo yo no pude llegar al punto de recogida debido a que no encontraba un taxi o uber disponible y tenia que ir caminando, pedi encontrarnos en su recorrida y no me dejaron listo buenisimo me fui a otro lado entonces ah conocer y resulta que 1 hora mas tarde pasaron a buscarme de vuelta cuando anteriormente me habian dicho que habia perdido el lugar, nada un desastre

Al tratarse de un servicio en regular pasamos por hoteles céntricos a partir de las 7.30hs. Por lo visto, usted ingresó el Hotel Bohemia como lugar de alojamiento pero no se encontraba allí, era un punto de encuentro. Pasamos por el hotel pero no había registro. Esperamos unos minutos pero el vehículo se tuvo que retirar ya que, teníamos más personas tomando la excursión. Nos pusimos en contacto para saber dónde se encontraba y para brindarle otro punto de encuentro al final de la recolección. Cabe aclarar que el pick up y el horario que se le confirmó fue a partir de las 7.30am, horario que nuestro vehículo comienza la recolección de pasajeros por sus hoteles, nunca lo hacemos antes de ese horario. Acordamos el punto de encuentro y pudo subir al vehículo con el resto del grupo. Nuestra principal prioridad era que usted se sume a la excursión y así fue!
Esperamos haya disfrutado de su excursión y de los bellos paisajes que rodean Mendoza, sin dudas, lo más importante! Lamentamos mucho que no haya podido estar a tiempo en el punto de encuentro. Por nuestra parte hicimos lo mejor para que usted no perdiera su paseo.

Fiz esse passeio em julho … tinha acabado de nevar na cordilheira , então a montanha estava coberta de neve e o ligar e o trajeto ficou lindo… mas demora demais para subir a montanha, a van para em vários lugares, o que demora demais … além disso os lugares possuem comidas caras e ruins ( na minha opinião) … mas vale a pena fazer esse trajeto… pois a neve deixa tudo incrível… senão tivesse nevado não seria bom (na minha opniao).. outro detalhe é que não estava aberta estação de Sky… então você fica dentro de uma van desde 07:30 horas subindo a montanha, vendo a paisagem , para uma hora apenas no alto da montanha para comer e tirar foto e depois volta… chegando por volta das 20 horas … sendo bem cansativo …
