The place doesnt look like in the picture. Everything is so dark, from the bath place to a massage room so you don’t know how dirty js the place. They said it is 2 hours bath and mssage but actually it is only 1 hour total for the service. The bath ladies are very nice and did an excellent job. But the massage ladies are not professional, they just touch you lightly; no deep massage like other places. And there is no tea or water as they mentioned. Save your time and have a better experience at some other places.

IfI could leave zero stars I would! There were red flags every step of the way! The driver showed up late and dropped us to a random spa. It was not the spa listed on Viator. The ladies in the spa were NOT expecting us. They told us to call the driver because we were at the wrong spa. One of them spoke to him and she rolled her eyes after heard who was on the phone. When she hung up they all spoke but then scrabbled to try and get things ready. Still confused I let them continue until I saw the massage room! Nothing in that spa looked like pics. I even showed the lady the pics of the spa and she said there was nothing like that at her spa. We left the spa and guess who was outside…. The young driver! He tried to convince us that we were at the right spa (which we weren’t). I told him to take us back to the hotel and I want a refund. He did not want to take us back until a local man stepped in and asked him to take us. The boy was more concerned about a bad review and wanted my bank details to give me a refund. That was not gonna happen! I fly out tonight and I wanted my last few hours to be relaxing, instead Im sitting here writing a review. Take heed and don’t get scammed like me!
