The worst hammam ive been to. If you are looking for something not just to be washed and simple massage-avoid.
Smell, cleanless… it wasnt sonething that i expected.

Communication was great, hotel pickup and drop off was on time, and the hammam was just as advertised. It’s not luxury but it’s a true authentic experience at the price point paid. We left feeling clean and relaxed and would do it again. The scrub down was a unique experience and the massage was perfect. For those wondering, the name of the hammam is Lantana Spa.

Three couples went for this experience and everything was very well organised and authentic. We enjoyed it so much that we nearly booked a second visit but sadly our holiday was too short to fit it in. The Hammam experience was great and the massage was very thorough - from head to toe.

Excellent service. Everyone was very kind and patient with us, especially considering that we are English speakers and we do not speak any French or Arabic.
The scrub was more intimate than we expected but amazing. We could literally see the dead skin cells that were removed. Afterwards, the massage was so relaxing.
We also loved that we were never separated during the experience. They were able to both scrub and massage us together as a couple the entire time and at the end we were served tea while we waited for the driver to take us back to our Riad.
Overall, we would rate the experience as a 10/10 and would 100% recommend it to others. Thank you so much for the amazing service.

We weren't exactly sure what the experience would entail but wanted something traditional. We believe that's what we got!
Arrived and guided down the street to the entrance, staff don't speak English so we just went where we were pointed too. Served lovely mint tea while we waited for our turn.
We were guided into a changing room, popped our swim wear on but then were promptly told to remove it! We did as we were instructed and modeled our paper thongs we were handed!
We then went into the hammam where a very hard working lady scrubbed us like we'd never been scrubbed before and washed our hair!
We were then given robes to wear and guided to where we had a lovely massage.
All in all, great experience but very pleased I went with life long friends and not my teenage sons!!

The Hamman and Massage were amazing. Before pick up we were sent clear instructions on where the meeting spot was, the driver was right on time and great. The service overall was really great, would definitely recommend this on a trip to Marrakech. We loved it! :)

It was an amazing experience.
I have never had a spa experience
This one was definitely worth it
The bath helped to remove dead cells on my skin and the ladies were so nice.
The massage was so soothing that i slept off and felt peaceful.

If you want a Lux experience, understand this is not La Mormounia. It’s local. The massage itself was very good. The couples thing in one room doesn’t work well, as one of the massage marble slabs is in the middle and the masseuse can walk around it.
The other person is on a narrower slab against the wall and that’s not great. The masseuse can not work the other side easily. The room needed to be warmer. As I said, the massage felt great, but you get what you pay for..
The driver Mohammed was nice.

Firstly, the spa looks absolutely nothing like the photos. Secondly, the ‘approx 3 hours’ is grossly exaggerated. Whilst the fine print gives times for each of the massage & hammam treatments, our drive took a little over 10 minutes & we were left to “relax” for 20 plus minutes (which was supposed to be 5) & it still only took 2 hours.
The Hammam experience was different & that’s ok (except for the bowl of water thrown on your head without warning) but the girl I had was abrupt & rude (my daughter’s girl was a bit friendlier) always expecting me to know immediately what she said when I don’t speak French!
The massage was a ‘rub’ & every time the therapist ’rubbed’ my back she pushed my head deeper into the hole on the massage table (as did my daughters therapist).

Great experience! Ladies were very professional and the bath beforehand was amazing - massage was great ! Would thoroughly recommend - picked up from outside Marrakesh so this was an extra charge but totally worth it and not excessive at all - felt brand new after we left - staff were great and the mint tea perfect !

We were picked up from our hotel promptly by a friendly driver with a clean car. The spa itself has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. I was with 3 friends and we were taken into the heated room together. We were asked to go topless which we weren’t entirely comfortable with but the women doing the treatment were so lovely, we soon felt at ease. The scrub and rinse down was really good and the following massage was excellent. We left feeling thoroughly cleansed. Would recommend!

This was an amazing experience and I can't say enough great things. Prompt pick up from our hotel, followed by a warm welcome and delicious Moroccan tea, after which we experienced a very refreshing hammam, capped off with a very relaxing massage. Wow!

The location was at a 5-10 minute walking distance from our hotel, so the pickup insisted we walked there together instead. We were fine with that, as it was a lovely day and we didn't mind the stroll.
At the location: we ended up waiting for 45 minutes, but we still got the 2 hours that was booked (so yay!). The only thing I was missing was a bit of guidance or explanation during the hammam of what would happen or what to expect. It was a really nice experience overall.

We really had a great experience. Our pick up from the hotel was on time. When we arrived in the location, they were very welcoming. Had our scrub that felt so thorough. The shampoo that they used was so fragrant and smooth. We had a very relaxing massage after hammam. We really recommend to try it while in Marrekech.

This was a great experience! We were picked up from the hotel by a very friendly driver who took us to the location in new town. We had no idea what to expect as we'd never had a hamman but it was amazing (I would do at the start of my trip next time as the exfoliation stung a bit on sunburnt skin)! After the hamman we then had a really relaxing massage then some tea before we were driven home again (although we did have to wait a little while for this). We were made to feel very welcome by everyone in the small, lovely traditional setting.

Our booked time of 3pm was put back by an hour, but we were notified of this in the morning on the day, so wasn't really a problem, but might have been if you had other plans later in the day. Our driver Mohammad arrived punctually to collect us at the appointed meeting place, which was conveniently very near to the Riad we were staying in. He was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the Spa we were given a warm welcome, with a drink of mint tea. The Hammam was good, being washed and exfoliated - leaving you feeling very clean and your skin soft. This was followed by a relaxing, gentle massage. They then called our driver when we were ready to leave and we were taken back to our Riad. A good service. The attendants in the spa were very nice, but don't really speak English, so you weren't always sure what was going to happen, but if you just go with the flow, all is fine.

Got picked up by our driver on time and brought to a lovely Hammam. Had some mint tea on arrival which was tasty. The place was clean and tidy. Had the scrub first which was so nice and all that I thought it would be. After that I had a wonderful massage and it was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep. Worth the money and I thought great value.
