Never happened. The tour was booked and paid for the same day as it showed up available on the website and there was no schedule information. However when booked and paid, we contacted the agency to understand the time of the pick up and were informed that it was no longer possible for that day as it was too late. Free cancellation was not possible anymore as it had to be with 24 hour advance (even though it had been booked and paid for in that minute!). So I did not do the tour and lost the money, with no answer to the email explaining this.
