Brilliant, driver and pick up perfect, waterfalls are beautiful. English group guide was brilliant on Thursday 12th September, unsure of his name, highly recommended.

El trabajo del guía excelente, Tarzan como se hace llamar es una pasada. Respecto al producto solo un pero, contratas una excursión con guía i resulta que luego tienes que pagarle al guía, a ver son 3€, no es una hipoteca, pero estando allí te suena a k te la cuelan

We boekten via Viator enkele dagtrips vanuit Marrakech en die zijn allen goed verlopen, behalve deze. De touroperator in Marrakech, Amodou Tours, is niet komen opdagen. De communicatie van te voren was echter uitstekend. We kregen een ophaaltijd door van 9:00u bij het hotel. Toen er om 9:15u niemand kwam, heb ik gebeld met Amodou Tours. Men zei dat de chauffeur onderweg was. Uiteindelijk 2 uur gewacht, en nog 2 keer gebeld. Telkens zei men dat de chauffeur er aan kwam. Hij had mijn telefoonnummer en zou me bellen. Niets van dat alles is gebeurd! Helaas kun je met Viators klantendienst niet emailen en enkel bellen, wat het indienen van een klacht bemoeilijkt en bellen vanuit Marokko is erg duur.
