Got our message from Mohamed the day before to be ready for pick up and he was right on time! Journey was a bit long but the experience was very beautiful! Hamid was our tour guide and what a fantastic tour guide he was! Very well spoken and knowledgeable! Always kept the group together and was very helpful! Highly recommend this trip!

Worst best trip the waterfall is stunning its a long drive for a 5 min push in a boat got very wet enjoyed it just was such a anti climax every thing is expensive food place taken to was shocking 130mad =£10 each (cash only) for 10 stone cold chips and 3 tinny and i mean kid portion chicken skews and some stale bread glad had some cash otherwise could have been awkward needed to pay every time u wanted to pee or any thing else was more lol yep they lit only gave u bog roll if u told them what u was going toilit for bus pick up I say seats are cramped for a 3 hour bus ride when u stop people are begging for money some more aggressive then others overall great waterfall proper was not worth 6 hour round trip for and food definitely not worth the money

The waterfalls are beautiful when you get there however, we had a 3 hour minibus ride each way, with no air conditioning on the bus. Apparently it was broken 🤔. This bit of the journey was horrendous as it was 44 degrees on the day we went. I asked when I was getting on the bus had they air conditioning as I had my doubts from the appearance of the bus. The guide said yes otherwise our group of 4 would have not gone on the trip. A 6 hour trip in 44 degree heat was very unhealthy and there was a child on the bus also. Very disappointed as the tour is advertised as having an air conditioned bus!! Beware travellers.

No air conditioning on a 3-hour journey in 44°C heat is unacceptable and potentially dangerous—especially with a child on board. We also take very seriously that you were told the AC was working when it wasn't. We're investigating this immediately with our transport provider to ensure vehicles match what is advertised and that this never happens again. We appreciate you warning other travellers and hope to offer you a much safer, more comfortable experience in the future.
A well organised tour, well worth the 3 hour journey, we were picked up not far from our Riad at 8.30am and had a stop half way through the journey for toilet and refreshments. Once we arrived we were past to our guide (Ejlaydy) who was great, he gave us some history of the area and Berber life on the journey down. It's a reasonable hike down the trail with lots of view points and things to see on the way including the monkeys, hint - take some fruit or tomatoes with you to feed them! Once at the waterfall base, we had a break so we could take photos etc and then took the boat ride which was so much fun! After this it is a upward hike via many many steps so be prepared! Around 3/4 of the way up we stopped for lunch over looking the falls, lunch was good and plenty of food, water was included but not other drinks. Over all well worth the money paid and would definitely recommend. Our driver Hicham was brilliant. One of the other guides even went into the waterfall to retrieve something I dropped from the bridge! Brilliant trip and staff.

The ride to the waterfalls was really comfortable. The tour guide was really friendly and accommodating, we all had a fantastic day out. I would definitely if visiting marrakech!

It was a very good experience. Our guide took great care of our kids, brought them to the front, and even let them feed the monkeys, which they absolutely loved.
The ride from Marrakech was quite long, but the bus was air-conditioned and comfortable, so the journey was pleasant.

We joined the Ouzoud Waterfalls day trip with Click Excursions during our stay in Marrakech.
The waterfalls were absolutely stunning and definitely the best part of the trip. The boat ride was fun, and the scenery made the long journey worth it. A special shoutout to Mohammad, who guided us on the hike around the waterfalls. He was super friendly, informative, and really engaging, especially when talking about the local plants, wildlife, and the macaque monkeys. His energy and hospitality really made the experience even better.
Unfortunately, the long drive to and from Ouzoud was pretty uncomfortable because the van’s air conditioning wasn’t working. It was obvious from the start since the driver kept both front windows open the whole time. People sitting in the back especially struggled with the heat, especially given how long the journey was and how warm the weather got. On top of that, the driver never really checked in to see if everyone was okay or comfortable, which made the whole experience feel a bit inconsiderate. It’s definitely something that should be improved for future tours in that particular van.
On the bright side, the optional lunch we paid extra for was really tasty and honestly better than expected. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and ended up being one of the highlights of the day.
Overall, the natural beauty of Ouzoud Waterfalls and Mohammad’s excellent guiding made the trip memorable, even with the uncomfortable transport.

A can sum up the whole experience in one word 'WOW'. Our tour guide Youssef was superb taking us through the trek at a nice gentle pace and proving us ample time to take photos and relax. The boast experience is surreal and is not to be missed. The day good off with a nice lunch overlooking the Waterfall.
Great day but there is alot more hiking and walking than expected, that isnt explained in the description. Our driver was lovely

Great experience! Picked up from the address and dropped off back home. Our driver Milud and guide was very friendly and understanding. We stopped halfway 2:40hour drive through to use bathroom, rest and buy drink/snack.
Ouzoud waterfalls, boat, hike, cheeky monkeys and views worth visiting for the price.

good experience and really good view. The food in restaurant was lovely and good price too! the coach provided had no aircon or they did not turn it on.

The guide was great ! You will get dirty and maybe a little wet. The monkey are great. The lunch is not included but the kebabs were worth it. Lunch was about 20usd.

The tour to the Ouzoud waterfalls is a must see! The trip started with a tour through the beautiful Moroccan countryside and when we got to the Waterfall it was breathtaking. Our guide was very friendly and took us through the area with many interesting facts.

Truly great trip. Waterfalls provide a breathtaking view and overall experience of natural Morocco. I had 3 children with me who thoroughly enjoyed the sights and and particularly the cheeky monkeys. Karim our guide was very approachable and keen to ensure we had everything we needed. The boat trip at the bottom provided an added local experience and restaurant on the way up provided the best Moroccan cuisine but also had options for fussier children's palates. Karim went above and beyond ensuring we captured once in a lifetime family memories

Our travel guide aziz was wonderful, i had the chance to sit up front with him and he gave me a great insight into marrakech and the other major cities. 10/10. Waterfalls were breathtaking and the hike was easy enough. The monkeys and cats were fun to look at and they’re very friendly (and will jump on you if you’re close enough) but we were told not to touch. my one word of warning would be watch out at the restaurant as the monkeys love sneaking up and stealing handfuls of food!! Definitely worth going if you’re in marrakech i would 100% recommend!

We had a fabulous day to ouzoud waterfalls. Abdul and anas our drivers kept very good communication and were on time to pick us up from our hotel. Once arriving at the waterfalls youssef was our guide. A very well informed young man.he was very courteous to each of us and looked after all of us ensuring our safety and well being . He had plenty of patience and understanding of those of us who were a little bit slower than others. We would extend our thanks to youssef he should be a valued member of your team
