At 1:00 AM on the day of the trip, the driver called to say he wouldn't do the trip for the price I had paid via the app, so I asked him to cancel it and issue a refund. The guide never called, and I wasn't refunded. On the day of the trip, he called to say he was waiting for me. During the trip, he asked for more money to continue. It was a bad experience and a disappointment with Viator for hiring unreliable service providers.
