Very enjoyable tour with good people who clearly love what they do, and love people. Very passionate about their country, are able to speak a number of languages, stay with you through the Medina, etc. IF you wanted to spend a little time in a specific place that entices you, speak up, and I’m sure guides would accommodate - the Medina stroll can be a whirlwind otherwise :)
Restaurant was very very good. Felt like a local’s kitchen.
Loved the exoerience (in terms of typical tourist enticements, be aware it exists (ie visit to Argan Oil place, goats)) - it is all a part of it, but otherwise a wonderful experience!

Essaouira is a beautiful port city on the Antlantic and well worth the day. I've found the tour service can make or break even the best of destinations. Soufiane reached out the day before the trip and was always available to make sure things went seamless. His talks of Moroccan culture and history en route were great.

Mustapha was an amazing guide and we appreciated his friendliness and positive energy! This was a very long day trip but worthwhile if you’re on a time crunch and would like to see Essaouira. It is a beautiful city and we felt we had sufficient time to explore and really enjoy the city. We made a stop along the way for bathroom and snack breaks. Overall, I highly recommend this tour.

Very nice trip to see more of Morocco if you come to Marrakech. Our guide Mustapha took very good care of us, gave a lot of information and tips. There was enough time to wander around the city and have lunch.

Mustapha was a fantastic guide: on our way to Essouria he explained the history and culture of the city with knowledge and humour. He also gave useful tips for interesting things to do while we were in the city. The experience with the rest of the group was great and the breaks on the way there and back were well timed. Essouria is a wonderful city to visit and we highly recommend this day trip as a break from Marrakech!

We really enjoyed this trip. Our guide Elhoussain owned the business and you could tell by his attention to detail. Essaouira is a fascinating place to visit. We spent 4 1/2 hours there, which was just about right. We would recommend this visit and this tour company.

Mustapha went above and beyond to make this a great experience. Just expected a ride to & from Essaouira, but was treated to an argan oil demonstration, cultural insights, and tea.

Lovely trip today. Was a long journey but well worth the hours away from Marrakech. Charif our guide Wes very knowledgeable telling us Berber history and some traditions. Speaking both in french and English. First call womens cooperative to sample some argan oil products and browse the shop.
After that we travelled on to essaouria. Charif told us about the fishing port and how you could be a fish and go to the street side restaurant to have your fish cooked. This we did and it was beautiful. We then took a walk up to where the game of thrones had been filmed. The views were stunning. Charif had sent us some links for things to do whilst there which was very helpful as had a Google map link.
Was nice to feel the sand and sea on our feet after the madness of Marrakech.
On return charif and the driver Hamid were very punctual. Throughout the trip they were both curtious and polite.

Our day trip to Essaouira from Marrakech was absolutely amazing! The drive was comfortable, and our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the journey enjoyable with interesting facts about the region.
Essaouira itself is such a beautiful coastal town — calm, breezy, and full of charm. We loved walking through the old medina, exploring the port with the blue fishing boats, and enjoying fresh seafood by the sea. The pace was relaxed, which was a nice change from the busy streets of Marrakech.
We also stopped along the way to see the famous argan oil cooperatives, which was really interesting and a great cultural touch.
Overall, it was a perfect day — well-organized, scenic, and full of great memories. I highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Marrakech who wants to experience a peaceful seaside escape.

Said was super friendly and helpful. The day itself is went well. Essouria is a stunning coastal city, one of the highlights is the fresh fish. You purchase the fish you want and take it to a resturant or the grill stand next to the fish bazaar and they cook it for you.

It was a great day and Mustapha was a knowledgeable and patient guide. He also taught me some arabice words. It was all well organised. The only bad bit was that mu husband's seat was broken. The seatbelt didn't work which was repaired but the seat bent back too. Not Mustapha 's fault whobwas very helpful with it. Saw a goat in the tree, too.

Charaf, our guide, was very friendly and knowledgeable and made our day a lot of fun. He even had the whole minibus clapping and singing Berber songs!
We had a lovely time by the sea in Essaouria. It was much cooler than in Marrakech and a welcome break from the city. It was lovely to finish off the day as a group drinking traditional Moroccan mint tea.

Mustapha was a very pleasant chap who gave us helpful information on the 3 hour minibus trip from Marrakech to Essaouira.
I particularly liked that he used messaging (WhatsApp) to share a "Places to visit" list with everyone that linked to locations on our smartphone maps (Google Maps). This made it convenient to navigate to key areas on the day.
On the return journey, we were treated to a mint tea "ceremony" where we were invited to try the customary pouring of tea which our children enjoyed.
A much deserved review from a happy traveller.

We had a great trip with guide Mustapha and driver Hamid, who was safe and professional. The van was comfortable with air conditioning and WiFi where the signal allowed. Mustapha explained everything clearly in French and English and gave us a list of recommended things to see and restaurants, which we used and was very nice. 4 hours in Essaouira is just enough to give an introduction to this fascinating place as you could easily spend a few days there.
Be aware it was a very long day, almost 13 hours, but this included direct hotel pick-up and dropoff for everybody, which was appreciated.

This was an interesting experience with Mustapha as our tour guide, he gave quite a good overview of what to expect, with some activity and restaurant recommendations for our time in Essaouira. The highlight for me, was our time at the beach and The Remparts (Sqala). I'd recommend you go with a bathing suit and pack ready to really enjoy the beach as you'll have 4hrs to explore the town.
