Does not match the description at all, not seen from saffron.. disappointing

We definitely wanted to visit the Anima garden and Paradise of Saffron + Fetti Fatma (waterfall ride). I contacted the supplier 2 days before to confirm my reservation and that there was Safran+ anima. The morning of the meeting the driver was not aware of these 2 stages .. I said again that no matter where we saw the saffron exploitation it was the most important for us .. well we didn’t see it ... after visiting the Anima garden, we did the hike (not suitable for everyone because it climbs hard and in addition there are plenty of people) to the waterfall, ate by the Ourika (ok but long) then nothing. Without being told. The local guide to the waterfall was perfect if not NUL , booking a live taxi would have been more efficient. We made 4 excursions + 1 guided tour this week this day was disappointing. I will never go through viator again (pr another excursion 2 days before nobody came!!) It's cheap but we get the price....

Je vous remercie pour avoir réservé votre excursion avec notre agence. J’aimerais apporter quelques éclaircissements que vous avez omis de citer concernant le déroulement de votre journée. Loin de moi l’idée de juger vos intentions puisque vous avez demandé un remboursement total. Notre chauffeur vous montré le panneau du paradis du safran avec les horaires (11:00 – 16:00) et vous a donné le choix entre le faire le matin durant le trajet aller ou l’après-midi durant le trajet retour. Vous avez choisi de le faire au retour. La balade pour visiter les cascades vous a pris plus de temps puisque vous avez été accompagnés d’enfants en bas âge. En plus Vous avez pris plus de temps durant le déjeuner. Au retour et quand vous avez atteint le paradis du safran, l’heure de fermeture était déjà dépassée. Donc, le fait de ne pas avoir faire cette option n’a pas été intentionné par notre chauffeur. Vous dites que pour une autre excursion que vous avez réservé personne n’est venue mais vous oubliez de citer que vous l’avez réservé avec un autre prestataire et non pas avec notre agence.
