Booking the Ourika Valley tour was easy. We received an immediate confirmation via email. Our tour guide contacted us with a pickup time at our hotel. The tour group was small and sat comfortably on a sprinter van. The ride was scenic and stopped to take picturesque photos. We learned about the Berber culture, toured a Berber home, and experienced the various holistic oils, fragrances and creams. Sitting and eating a Moroccan lunch along the river next to the Atlas Mountains was amazing! Our tour guide, Ibrahim was fantastic! Highly recommend this tour!

We had an amazing family day trip to the Ourika Valley and atlas mountains ,Our driver Abdel was incredibly caring and always made sure everything was perfect for us. The mountain guide Said was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful during the walk, which made the experience even better. The lunch by the river was delicious and the scenery was unforgettable. This was our best and favourite activity so far in Morocco. It was worth every dirham such a great price. Transport to and from hotel by driver Amine very safe driver spoke perfect English and French. We stopped at a genuine Argan Ooil Women’s cooperative selling authentic and single ingredient Argan Oil. Cosmetics and even organic raw honey with argan oil. Fresh mint tea and dipping bread on arrival. Opportunity to purchase anything Argan Oil no pressure no sales tactic. We bought some cosmetics and even edible Argan Oil at such a great price don’t buy in the Souk or Store buy from here if you want genuine products. Next stop Berber village tour fresh mint tea on Arrival. And then Lunch but the River the best Moroccan food we had so far a selection of choices from tagline to couscous and much more. But the best was our hiking tour guide Said AlHyan true Berber tour guide what a gentleman helped everyone feel safe and we had a massive hike almost 2 hours and was so kind taking our photos making sure we was safe spoke perfect English at the top is a mini cafe for tea cold drinks and toilet. We had an 80 years old Swedish woman he was constantly by her side holding her hand and arm and gave her walking hiking sticks I have never seen such kindness from another human he was supporting her to make the hike and making sure the others were safe there were around 15 of us. I and another person tipped him a 5 Euro at the end as a personal thankyou for being the best tour guide. Please ask for Said AlHyan as your tour guide you will be in guaranteed safe hands. Book with this company was the best we ever did thank you so much !!!

I wouldn't recommend with little children as the climb up can be quite awkward and difficult but apart from that it was a brilliant trip from punctual pick up with Ismail and our walk guide Hassan ,then a nice lunch at the riverside ,perfect day out

We thought this trip was excellent and very well organised. Abdul was very good at looking after everyone and a careful driver.All the guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. In particular the guide to the waterfall was very attentive and helped us over difficult paths. The lunch by the river was very tasty with a choice of 3 /4 things for starter, dinner and dessert. It is a very cute place to have lunch. Things to note if you are booking this tour. The walk to the waterfalls is very strenuous with many steps and climbing over rocks and streams. There are no handrails or safety barriers. We were glad of the guides help over the difficult places. The guides are so good they have feet like a mountain goat. Remember to wear layers as it can be cold in the mountains. The visit to the Berber home and aergon oil place were very interesting and gave a flavour of life in this area.

We had a great day! The driver was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to get picked up and dropped off at our hotel, and if not, the meeting spot was close. The trip was amazing, with tea and bread at every stop. The best part was having a tasty meal by the river with beautiful mountain views. Highly recommend it, 10/10!

Trip to ourikka waterfalls

The climb is strenuous but I did it in moccasins and it was fine but if wetter it would have been tougher. It was thoroughly enjoyable. The visit to the women's cooperative was informative and there was no hard sell which is good. Our guide Hossein, was incredible . He flipped between English/French and Spanish as easily as you'd flip a coin. The driver of the coach was good and did not drive in an irresponsible way. I think his name is Yasin. The booking process was also easy and was descriptive enough.

A magical experience

An experience we'll never forget. Booking the activity was very easy and simple. What we loved most was the convenience of being picked and dropped off from our hotel. Our experience began by meeting our driver Omar. He was kind, funny, polite and very knowledgeable. When we got to Ourika valley we were met by our hike guide Jamal. What a wonderful human being inside and out. He took care of our whole group which were probably 20 of us. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we were kept informed at each part of our hike. He took care of us all especially when it came to the difficult parts of the hike. For me personally the whole experience was magical. A must do tour.

Overall, the waterfall hike was a great experience, though it was more challenging than I expected due to the steep and rocky terrain. Mohammed, our guide, was friendly, kind and attentive—he provided a walking stick, offered a helping hand throughout, and kindly took photos for me, which I appreciated as I was traveling alone and was recovering from a foot injury. I showed my gratitude with a nice tip at the end of the tour. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by an issue I noticed at lunch and after he left the group. I realized that my Peak Design mobile tripod, which is always securely attached to the back of my phone, was missing. It takes considerable effort to remove, and Mohammed was the only person who handled my phone when he took photos for me. I suspect it may have been remove the second time he offered to take photos. I noticed it was missing as soon as we sat down for lunch. It had been on the phone at the beginning of the hike. This tripod is worth over $80 and is something I use for work, so I was surprised and disappointed to discover it was gone. While the hike itself was enjoyable and the group was lovely, this situation left me with a negative impression at the end of an otherwise positive day, particularly because Mohammed had spent most of the hike personally literally offering me and a 70 yr old woman on the tour a helping hand and exchanging friendly conversation throughout the 90 min excursion. This was the 9th of my 10 days in Morocco and while my guard was down in a small, paid tour like this, I had no other negative experiences/pickpocketing otherwise. Still annoyed about it a week after the trip since it felt like getting ripped off by a friend. C'est la vie.

1ere étape : arrêt sur une vue panoramique des montagnes de l’Atlas, je présume puisque les « guides » qui nous accompagnaient ne nous ont rien expliqué, ils ne nous parlaient pas. 2ème étape : arrêt dans une coopérative de femmes qui produisent de l’huile d’argan naturelle. Cette expérience était très intéressante, elles nous ont montré la fabrication artisanale, expliqué les bienfaits de chaque produit, un super moment avec des personnes extrêmement gentilles. 3eme arrêt : la randonnée. C’était intense ! Prévoyez de bonnes chaussures car c’est sportif ! La récompense : le restaurant au bord de la rivière. Les plats étaient super bons, le service agréable, le cadre magnifique. Revenons aux guides/chauffeurs qui ont souhaité absolument que je cite leur nom : Ashraf et Moncef. La journée était parfaite jusqu’à ce qu’ils me HARCÈLENT pour que je poste un avis sur l’application, alors que j’allais le faire de moi-même mais mon discours n’a pas suffit à les convaincre visiblement. Ils m’ont mis la pression en face et PAR MESSAGE. Trois personnes sont venues me presser de laisser un commentaire ALORS QUE j’expliquais que je ne pouvais pas le faire maintenant (la rubrique « écrire un avis » n’apparaissait pas encore). C’est dommage de finir là-dessus.
