Had an amazing traditional hammam experience in Marrakech. The session lasted about 2 hours and included a relaxing steam room treatment, massage, and multiple offers of tea throughout. Four ladies assisted during the experience and made it incredibly calming and rejuvenating. They also provide secure lockers for your belongings, which was a nice touch. Definitely make sure to bring enough cash to tip both the staff and your driver. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and something I can’t wait to do again.

Transportation and communication was great in arranging pick up and drop off after booking. Response time was very quick. The actual hammam experience was very efficient which was not necessarily what I was looking for in a spa day. The massage was surprisingly effective despite being almost too big for the table and having a very petite masseuse. Worth the cost but not quite what I was looking for.

This was my first hammam experience, and unfortunately, it did not fully meet my expectations. Although the hammam itself felt good and relaxing, the overall service lacked consistency and professionalism. We experienced a delay of almost 45 minutes despite arriving on time, and the treatment felt uneven compared to other guests receiving the same service. During the massage, the therapist used their cellphone and spoke with another person, which made it difficult to fully relax. In addition, some promised amenities, such as tea and water, were either forgotten or only provided after asking. I am sharing this feedback not to be negative, but in hopes that the service can become more attentive, consistent, and equitable for all guests. On the other hand, the driver was very nice and very attentive. I appreciated that service.

My Mom and I visited from Canada and booked the hammam from recommendation. It didn’t disappoint. From pick up to drop off everything was organized perfectly. The driver, Othman, was extremely friendly and his van was immaculately clean. We were met in front of the building and from there were treated very well. My skin feels like a baby and the massage was very good and enjoyable. I wish I lived here it would be a regular place for me. I highly recommend. Thank you

The pick up service was both convenient, comfortable and very well organized and was equally the drop off. We were greeted and brought to our area to put our belongings in a locked area. The whole experience was very enjoyable and my skin felt fantastic when I was done. To be fair in my review this was my first ever experience and I have no complaints. I wish it was available in my country as I would definitely be a frequent customer. I highly recommend !
