We had the most amazing experience this afternoon at Flavors of Marrakech with Kaoutar and Saida.
It was my husband’s birthday, and they truly went above and beyond to make the whole experience unforgettable.
Not only did we learn how to cook some absolutely delicious Moroccan dishes, but we also learned so much about Moroccan making this far more than just a cooking class.
Their warmth, generosity, and attention to detail made the event special.
I couldn’t recommend this experience highly enough — especially if you’re celebrating something special or want a truly authentic taste of Morocco.

Fascinating shopping for food in the market!! The cooks were so friendly and good at sharing knowledge about the Moroccan cuisine and techniques. Hands on experience followed by a wonderful meal. My highest recommendation!!

This was an amazing experience. Cookie (layout) was a very engaging and friendly teacher along with others From collecting the ingredients in the market to making our feast - it was a hands on super fun day. The food was amazing. Best taglines and salads of our trip. I highly recommend !

Absolutely loved this experience. The kitchen that we cooked in was welcoming and super clean. It was a small group hands-on. We did all the shopping in the morning and then learned all the techniques for the traditional Moroccan meal. And then we got to enjoy the feast. Highly recommend this tour. It’s close to the main souk. I only wish that we did this earlier in the trip to learn more about the Moroccan foods that we would be enjoying throughout our visit to Morocco

This was my second visit to the cookery school but thos time with my mum and daughter. We had an amazing time! The ladies looked after us, the trip to the souks was great and the food we made was delicious. If you want to do a cookery class, do this one!!

A wonderful Cooking Class. We loved the first part of going to the local market and buying all the ingredients together. Next, we learned to make a variety of traditional Moroccan dishes. The pace was nice and the result was very tasteful. Appreciated and recommended!

My friend and I are not great cooks but we wanted to experience a bit of the local life so we signed up for this. Fatiha was a FANTASTIC instructor. She really taught us Moroccan cooking and we talked the whole time about what life is like in Morocco. It was a real cultural exchange and I’d recommend to anyone coming to Marrakech. A MUST DO!

A true highlight of our time in Morocco! Fatiha was knowledgeable about all things Moroccan cuisine and cooking. She was a warm and encouraging host with a great sense of humour too. The kitchen and dining room were beautiful and spacious. We were lucky to learn to cook several amazing dishes - chicken tagine, vegetable tagine, some side dishes, and pastry. Everything was delicious! Overall we felt very spoilt to have this opportunity!

What an amazing experience!! The staff were so wonderful, friendly and kind - they made our day super fun and we learnt so many amazing things about Moroccan food and culture. The food we made was fantastic, we almost had to roll ourselves home after the meal! The cooking lessons were suitable for all abilities! Highlight of the trip and would recommend to anyone!

This was an excellent cooking class. You begin by being greeted warmly with some tea. Once the class starts, they walk you through every step as you prepare the dishes you'll later eat. The instructors were excellent and friendly and did a fantastic job in teaching how to make these classic Moroccan dishes and taught how to properly serve mint tea. At the end of the class they serve the meal and treat you to a bit of a surprise. Would highly recommend this to anyone hoping to learn an introduction to Moroccan cooking.

This was a great experience which gave us a first hand look at market shopping and then cooking Moroccan style. We visited the market and got to experience the hustle and bustle of the busy morning, shopping for vegetables, getting freshly slaughtered chicken (!), and then learning how to make traditional Moroccan dishes. We met some great people with whom we connected well with and shared in the experience. The hosts were amazing and helpful and ensured we were having a great time!

The hosts Fatiha and Fatima are wonderfully warm and welcoming. Shopping and making beautiful dishes and desert from scratch was just delicious and perfect. The kitchen is nice, big and clean, dining room and sitting areas are very lovely. Truly enjoy the class. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience shopping with Fatiya in a local market buying the ingredients for our meal. Excellent clean cooking facilities with Fatiya and her aunties guiding 7 of us through all aspects of meal preparation. It was great fun and would thoroughly recommend this as an insight into Moroccan cuisine.

Cannot recommend highly enough! Suggest you book the morning slot for the fun trip to the market—she makes sure everyone participates. Then, the cooking prep is fun as is the cooking and, of course, the meal! Several opportunities to relax in the comfortable sitting room. Learn some skills and/or just have fun with this great experience!

I recently attended Flavors of Marrakesh cooking class with Inez and Fatima and it was an amazing experience! The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process fun and engaging. The class was well-organized, and the recipes were easy to follow yet challenging enough to learn new techniques.
One of the highlights was the hands-on approach, which allowed everyone to actively participate and practice the skills being taught. The kitchen setup was clean and equipped with everything we needed, making the experience stress-free.
By the end of the session, I felt more confident in my cooking abilities and walked away with delicious dishes to share at home. I’d highly recommend this class to anyone, whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills.

We had such a great time learning to cook authentic Moroccan style dishes! The class was interactive allowing everyone to participate and I specifically liked that they have a vegetarian option. The 2 chefs and instructor are very positive and do a lot of prep beforehand for us which makes for a smoother cookin experience. The dishes are so tasty after you get to eat and definitely well worth the wait.
