A brilliant day out. Driver very helpful and considerate, guide patient with my arthritic progress. Great lunch, stops for taking pictures (and travel-sick child!) plus camel ride. Excellent value. Only downside was that booking at 2am on the day meant that the trip was full and had to be postponed to the next.

The tour was fantastic, Mustafa was our guide, very knowledgeable and friendly!
It started with excellent communication, before the tour I got in touch with Mustafa to understand the pickup point, and, although my Riad was situated in an area unavailable to cars/vans, they were able to find an alternative pickup point only 2min away and they were perfectly punctual.
Throughout the trip, Mustafa continuously provided details about all zones we passed, including movies filmed in these areas
Once in the van (a modern vehicle with a/c and enough space for everyone), we started the travel heading south and our first stop was in a sightseeing spot with a view of Azro village, an incredible location, great for taking photos.
Although the stop was mostly for taking a quick picture, we never felt rushed for time and you could find in the same location a local souvenir shop if you'd wish to buy something (We were NOT pushed to buy anything at all!)
Following this quick stop, we continued south for ~3km until Coopérative féminine aldayn where we were met by the ladies for a mint tea and a small tasting menu (olives, bread, peanut butter & honey, argan oil, etc..). They continued by providing a presentation of the extraction methods of argan oil as well as the products that can be made from it, which were sold on-site (again, no pressure was made for buying, but you had the option if you desired).
After this great presentation and interactive stop, we continued south for ~1h until Imlil, where we parked the van and continued by walking to Cascade Imlil through an easy trail. We were then provided some more time for pictures and continued on the walk (~7km) with great views of the valley until we finally reached Riad Atlas 4 Seasons for a lunch with an awesome view.
The lunch was composed of an entrance (Morrocan salad), the main dish (Chick Tajin with vegetables), and a dessert (Fruits), accompanied by water.
Once the lunch was completed (again, with no rush at all), we went back to the Van and continued to the Agafay Desert where we were met by a local provider of camel rides. They offered some tea before the ride and we were provided dressing for the occasion which helped the mood for the pictures.
The ride was great although the view was not the best. It can still be a great experience for a first-timer.
Once completed the camel ride the driver and guide took us to another spot for pictures where you could see the dunes and the atlas mountains in the background. (This was also one of the spots used for a Hollywood movie (forgot the name :D) ).
This concluded the tour and we were taken back to the pick up location.
I 100% recommend this tour and specially Mustafa as the tour guide!
We went on this amazing trip with our kids through the Atlas Mountains including a delicious traditional home cooked meal which was one of the best we had throughout our trip in Morocco.
Driver never showed up and no one answered any of our messages. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. IT’S A SCAM!
Confirmed our booking 2 days before the trip and confirmed pick up point, this was the last night of our trip so our only chance to see the desert at sunset. We waited over an hour with 2 children, called, messaged, whats app and facebook messgage as suggested no reply at all. We then complained to Viator, who refunded us 5 days later, however this does not compenstate for being let down with no opportunity to rebook. When we looked at their What's app messenger - last seen August 3rd, our booking was accepted on the 30th Aug.
Viator do nothing to screen the tour organisers to see how they run their trip and don't care if the trip is cancelled or terrible. Anyone can become a tour operator through their site.
I will never book through this site again and suggest booking locally at every opportunity.
Everything was nice apart from the nuts allergy dietary request was ignored. Snack served with almonds.
Had a really good time, watched the beautiful sunset and dinner was nice. Venue is set on a beautiful place. Enjoyed local traditional music. Driver and guide was really friendly and helpful , told a lot about the locals and culture. Trip was really worth it!

The camp is comfortable, properly built, and they have nice food for dinner.
As first timer in Marrakech, we really enjoy the tour where we can witness the beautiful full moon beyond us while sitting by the fire and listening to traditional music.
This tour is very much recommended.

Our guide Mustafá was very helpful and polite, the area we visited it’s really magical and the Berber musicians were fantastic, a very great ambiance and set up. The tour company needs to improve their and be more respectful with the clients that show up on time, we were waiting for nearly 1 hour in the street in the heat of Marrakesh for other tourists that didn’t show up on time. That’s my only complain about this magical experience and fantastic service by Mustafá.

Driver did not show up to the agreed pick up location. Waited at location for 45mins and driver never showed. Do not waste your time or money on this tour. 0/10 would not recommend

When we arrived to the desert it was very peaceful and serene. There is a swing which is beautifully decorated and makes an amazing spot to take pictures.
As sunset approached it seemed to get livelier and livelier. There is a beautiful spot up a flight of steps where you get to watch the sun set! After this we ate traditional Moroccan cuisine such as tagine and some soups. During the dinner there was local folk singing and dancing.
On our visit, there was even a stray 'local' cat who was no doubt enjoying the occasion as much as we did ourselves!
There is also both male and female bathrooms with washing facilities. We saw people riding camels nearby and there is also a nearby swimming pool. Although these were not part of our booked tour, it was a lovely sight to see everyone else enjoying their time around the Agafay desert.
I would 100% recommend everyone book this tour. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! You can order extra food if you would like. This has to be paid for.

This was amazing, me and husband thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. If you are in Marrakesh, I would definitely recommend this tour. We did have a little issue with the communication to start with but they made up for it by making sure that we enjoyed our time there.

The dinner at the desert was an amazing addition to our trip. Ali, our driver was on time and very accommodating. He even bought bottled water for the group. He gave us info of the places that we went to and waited for the group patiently whilst we were at the luxury camp. Kudos! Thank you very much!

incredible experience that made for the perfect ending to our first time in Marrakech. Our guide and driver Ibrahim was very friendly and helpful and even took amazing photographs of us (I excluded photos of my girlfriend and I but the photos on the posting don't do this excursion justice as it's even better than how it looks). It's worth noting that the experience spans several scenic locations (short driving distance apart) that make this even better and more hospital. food and drinks were fantastic as well. some coordination for our initial departure was difficult but it all worked out and ibrahim was kind enough to drop us off at our Riad at the end of the night. must go!

Au départ se fut compliqué car il y a eu une beaucoup de retard pour nous récupérer et nous poser à l’hôtel. Mais Moustapha s’est excusé et a su nous détendre à chaque fois. C’est un très bon guide. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable moment entre filles. C’était fun. Je recommande cette excursion et cette agence malgré le retard

Experience sympa, chauffeur ponctuel, bon conducteur, belle vue sur le désert et le coucher de soleil, accueil sur place très chaleureux, repas délicieux. Seuls points faibles : les repas ont été longs à être servis et les derniers ont mangé quand les premiers quittaient la table. De plus, je ne suis pas sensible à la musique berbère qui était trop forte et, pour moi, désagréable. Pensez à prendre un gilet car ça se rafraîchi le soir, malgré le feu de camps.
Esta excursión fue muy buena elección. EL chófer que nos pasó a recoger en un punto de encuentro cerca del Riad fue muy puntual, una vez allí nos sirvieron un té con pastas dulces y además no habia demasiada gente, se estaba tranquilo y la puesta de sol se veia perfectamente, cuando se hizo de noche la luna estaba llena y también era espectacular. Recomendable. El sitio era idílico y muy bonito para hacer fotos de recuerdo.

Atardecer impresionante en el desierto, te incluido, cena incluida, musica en directo tradicional bereber. Nosotros allí mismo preguntamos si podíamos irnos con quads a una excursión solos (pareja) y nos dijeron que si, asi que vimos el atardecer desde el quad, una pasada. Todo increíble por el precio.
Très gentil chauffeur nous avons eu à notre arrivée un thé avec biscuit marocain l’endroit était magnifique avec un beau coucher de soleil la nourriture très bonne et bon rapport qualité prix pour deux personnes entrée plat dessert bouteille d’eau 500 dirham ( sans le transport) réglé sur place les serveurs adorables ambiances musique marocaine avec deux chanteurs pendant la soirée . Bonne température par rapport au centre de Marrakech un petit vent agréable . Je recommande a 100%

Estuvimos más de 3h , se hace súper cansado y largo al no ser que quieras cenar allí que cuesta 25€ un menú cerrado y escueto . Las bebidas caras 2 latas de refresco y 3 botellines de agua muy pequeños de 25cl , 140dh. La aviación de musica en vivo ni siquiera la hicieron . Vamos, estuvimos allí a oscuras prácticamente . Hacia mucho viento y no se podía ni salir de la carpa a si que si lo hacéis tenerlo en cuenta , obviamente no les culpo de que haya viento.
Vivir un atardecer en ese campamento fue mágico, cumple con todo lo que incluye la experiencia.
El té y las pastas muy ricos.
Cuidado! La excursión incluye té y pastas, pero no incluye la cena! (30€ persona), nosotros cogimos 2 menús para 4 y cenamos muy bien y muy rico. Las fotos del sitio no son las que salen en el anuncio, aunque estaba bien. A recalcar: Un encanto y buenísima persona Mustaphá, de la empresa de transporte (Atlas Mountains Excursions) que nos acompañó, y con el que contratamos una excursión privada al día siguiente por el Atlas y paseo en camello, valles y y fue casi lo mejor de todo el viaje… súper profesional, dedicado y muy interesante. Súper recomendable
