    Lovely day tour to Essaouira; be ready for stops at every corner

    Day tour to Essaouira consisted of: 1) stop at a shop on the motorway for coffee/snacks/toilet break; 2) stop by the road to check Argan trees; 3) stop at a cooperative to experience how argan oil is made; 4) stop at a view point; 5) 4h of free time in Essaouira; 6) stop at a shop on the way back for food/coffee/toilet break. Our guide was Hamza; he went above and beyond to make the whole experience enjoyable. My two cents: once the tour is “day trip to Essaouira”, I would focus on Essaouira itself and skip stops at shops/cooperatives/view points etc. Essaouira is just lovely and has loads to enjoy; I regret I could only spend 4hours there (of which 1h seated to get lunch).

    Youssef and Ali was with this trip as driver and guide respectively were amazing and very cooperative. They picked up on right time, driven very safely to the Essaouira. Will like to book regain as place itself was amazing. They given us free time to explore which was best

    No one came to pick us up at the meeting point that they themselves had confirmed via WhatsApp. After several calls and speaking with Viator's support, who could only say that they would issue a refund, they sent us a message saying that the driver had had an accident and therefore the excursion would not take place. I find this behavior to be very unprofessional and quite improvised, but above all, Viator was unable to assist us properly. This is a serious problem if you only have a few days in the city and scheduled visits. It is not serious, and I do not recommend it to anyone!!!
