The only down side they kept on about head scarfs which we paid 100 dirhams which we could have bought for half the price in the souks if known when booked

Tour guide messaged me the day of the tour saying he cannot pick up from my hotel although I already paid for pickup and drop off. He tried to charge 300MAD for pickup from hotel. He arrived late. Then the quad biking was less than the timing stated on the description. The camel ride as I got on the camel the camel behind was on my leg, when I raised the issue with the tour guide he told me to get off the camel. I assumed he would put me on another camel but he never did, therefore I didn’t get to ride the camel. The fire show was basic.

However, we would like to clarify some points: Pickup and drop-off were provided on time, and we have proof of the scheduled pickup. The quad biking duration was as stated in the tour description, and other guests in the same group completed the full ride. Regarding the camel ride, our guide offered assistance, but due to safety concerns, you requested to get off the camel. The guide was ready to help you continue the ride safely. The fire show is presented as described in our tour program. We strive to provide accurate information and a safe, enjoyable experience for all our guests. Your safety and satisfaction are very important to us.
