Quad bike experience

The quad bike experience was fantastic. The guy even sat with my friend throughout and taught her to drive. The cab could have been cleaner, but the quad bike experience was 10/10. The guide was so patient and took lots of wonderful pictures of me and my friend.

Nice experience and the host was amazing.There’s a little bit of language gap but just look at more on their demonstration and you’ll get the information they’re trying to pass.

There were two of us on one quad bike even though we paid the full amount. I did mention this when booking with viator but there was no mention to say that the passenger needs to pay less than the driver. I only found out that a passenger pays less when I was in Marrakech from other tour companies. But viator charged me for two drivers even though I mentioned that there will be one driver and one passenger. Even though on the description it says 2 hours quad biking, it's actually false because they only let us do it for one hour. I mentioned this to the guide and I was told that it's one hour for the quad and one hour for the transportation. Clearly this does not mention on viator. I think they should make it very clear. Apart from all the above issues, the quad bike was brilliant, I had a good time. But as I go to Marrakech quite regularly, in future I will not use viator again to book the quad biking, it is more cheaper if you book it from your hotel or through any of the tour companies in Marrakech.

This was great fun to do, but be aware that the '2 hours' is misleading. We actually only got about 1 hour of actual quad biking - the other hour was for pick up and drop off from your hotel. Also, we got a call the day before to 'confirm' 2 people on each quad bike - as we had paid per person, we insisted on a quad bike per person. This was quickly resolved by the company without any fuss and each of us did indeed get a quad bike each. The actual experience and the guys that were running the business were great, however the description of what you are paying for is misleading.
