Quad biking

Booked quad biking for 4 people with hotel pick up and drop off. They was over an hour late picking us up, then when contacting, I was told they couldn’t find our booking. Then eventually they found it and another half hour went by and we was finally picked up. We was given a free camel ride because of the late pick up but we couldn’t do it after quad biking because of being picked up late we were already put in the desert in the peak sun so it was way to hot for the camel ride. I then got a message from the booking people saying that I can have the free camel ride another time, tried to book it for around sunset and was told that we needed to travel half an hour to a place to be picked up. I politely declined as we cannot get to the pick up point. Asked if there was another time we could do it with hotel pick up but was ignored. The quad biking itself was good.
