      Not a great experience

      Disappointing. This tour was billed as a walking tour to a number of locations, and we got three of them. Well really only two, as the national museum was closed! It was advertised to start at 8am, and we were told last minute it was really 9am, as that was the time the theatre opened. Fair enough, but why advertise it earlier? The tour around the Amazonas Theatre was good, and we paid the entrance fee to get this, and the tour was conducted by a person inside the theater, not our guide. Then we walked down to the national museum, which was closed! Why were we not told this earlier. Finally a visit to the market, which was ok, but we would have preferred to walk around it on our own. It just seemed like the guide did not have much to share with us on the walking tour and having done many Viator tours in many different countries, this one was the least enjoyable, because it was not as billed. I dont recommend it.

      There was confusion as our ticket said we would be picked up at hotel. Guide contacted us on WhatsApp to meet us at opera house. I queried it and she turned up an hour later with her father driving her to pick us up. Sadly the opera house was closed for cleaning that day - maybe that should have been known about - that was the place we really wanted to see in our one free day. She was a lovely guide and very informative about the places we saw - the mayors house and the markets - but sadly also the museum was shut as well. We were leaving on a cruise the following day so had no more opportunity to see these places. We paid extra for being driven round and the return trip to the hotel which was near the airport.

      Good historical tour

      Tour guide picked us up at our hotel and we walked through the streets to see important sights with lots of history of the city, Amazon, and a guided trip through the museum.

      An excellent tour, especially because of my guide Aldinei! He was so knowledgeable about Manaus and the Amazon both it’s history and present day. Giving very thorough explanations. Excellent speaking English. I’ve been on a lot of walking tours in my travels and this is definitely one of the best ones! The tour guide is what makes it so memorable! Highly recommended way to see Manaus and to be immersed in its culture.

      El peor City Tour que tuvimos en la vida

      La agencia, primero se olvidó de pasar a buscarnos a las 8 de la mañana, después de intercambiar mensajes, mandaron un conductor que hablaba solo portugués a las 10 de la mañana, ante nuestro reclamo mandaron una "guía en español", que dijo solamente: "Hola que tal", luego habló siempre en Portugués y no sabía absolutamente nada. Vimos el teatro, que el guía era del teatro y fue lo bueno y el puente que atraviesa el río, nada más. Nada de historia, ni explicaciones, ni ningún otro punto (en realidad pasaron por playa negra y lo vimos desde el auto). Tuvimos que contratar otro City tour, Nunca nos pasó, conociendo 40 paises y hecho infinidad de City tour. Solamente quedará la anécdota para contar

      Boa tarde. Infelizmente nos nao ficamos satisfechos con nosso passeio. Jaime ,seu guia llegó 45 minutos tarde.Levou a gente corriendo por os mercados sim explicar casi nada. Logo visitamos ex casa do gobernador con uma guia que ella falou que era un tour Express. Não sabia que las igrejas ou outros pontos estariam fechados. Não tenha conocimiento del passeio. Sinceramente foi muito.malo. eu sou guia em Uruguay, eu posso reconocer a um guia e Jaime não acredito que seja um guia cadastrado. Nos tenhamos sua descripcion del tour mais ele não!. Insistimos para visitar a catedral (não sabia o ano de construccion) y entramos no teatro porque insistimos. Realmente muito.malo Seu.motorista João fui muito considerado e fico mal por a péssima atenção de seu guia. Jaime falou sempre que a obrigação era do.motorista que el não tenha conocimiento del paseio. Até Alicia Morales
