Great experience, super beautiful nature, but mind it's a full day trip, not 6h like the tour description. Also the local guides for the hike usually don't speak any English if that's important for anyone. We would have liked to spend more time at the waterfalls and not just about 20 to 30 minutes each.

There was a mix up at our pick up location but Miguel our tour guide made sure we got on the tour and we had a wonderful time.
There is a lot of hiking involved, so be sure to wear hiking shoes.

Poor communication. Really crowded and run down small van packed with 12 people. Not comfortable for such a long ride. Smells bad inside and not a pleasant experience. For the price I have done much better tours with Viator. Disappointed and wish we had not come.

Overall it was a great experience but the previous reviews are still true in that the tour is not catered for English speakers. Our guide did translate a good portion of the information he was providing in Portuguese to English but on the second portion of the tour when we were walking into the rainforest he did not come with us and we were instead escorted by guides that spoke no English at all. Still it was amazing to see the waterfalls and the lunch provided was great. Also be prepared for a long amount of driving. Of the 10 hours the tour takes, around half are spend in the van. It was still worth the experience for sure.

I had a wonderful day and it was a dream come true spending time in the Amazone rainforest. Everything was organised perfectly, the pick up in the morning was on time. The guide, Miguel, and the whole team were great and knowledgeable, always making sure everyone is doing well. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to get a glimpse of the beautiful region! 10/10

This tour was great and packed so much more into it than I was expecting! You’ll see multiple waterfalls and caves, and even go sloshing through some thigh high waters in search of more natural beauty! The indigenous lunch was delicious and, I expect, a lot more authentic than what other tours are advertising. It was a great time and the guide clearly loves wildlife, which I think is very important.

Very nice trail in the jungle, although it would be better with a smaller group (took very long with pictures for 20+ people). Be ready for the lack of facilities at the waterfall! There's only one very basic restroom.

We signed up for a 6 hour trip and were not returned to our hotel until 11 hours later. The walk back up from the 1st waterfall was strenuous. The guides were helpful when I struggled but it was definitely to hard for me. Walking to and from Presidente falls was for all levels, an easy walk. You are going to walk through water and jungle, both tênis shoes and flip flops (water shoes) are advised.

The waterfalls are really outstanding, totally recommend seeing them.
The tour is around 11 hours including the car trip from Manaus. Lunch is included and it's very good.
The guide speaks 80% English, not a lot of information is provided during the trip. There is a 30 min hike included, you should have adherent shoes for it.

This was an amazing experience! The guides did everything to accommodate different languages and preferences. We saw waterfalls, got to explore the Amazon rain forest and had an amazing and tasty lunch. It was definitely educational and we'll worth our time and $$$.

I’ve never given a bad review before, but I don’t want other non-Portuguese speakers to go on this tour and have a less than awesome time because they didn’t get what they paid for. If you like hiking, it’s worth going on for the experience of seeing the waterfalls (which are indeed beautiful!).
Two issues:
- There is very little English translation (and at times, none), which is not what is advertised.
- With that in mind, it’s overpriced for English speakers.
Firstly: I don’t expect anyone in Brazil to speak English, unless it’s their job. In this case, the tour is *advertised* as such. The tour guide started off translating into English and then just stopped like an hour in. He was giving long, detailed histories for minutes at a time in Portuguese and then… nothing.
That was moderately annoying at first, but it became a serious problem once we were on the trail. The English speakers were put in our own group for translation. Then the guide who spoke English inexplicably decided to go with a Portuguese-speaking group instead, leaving us with a local trail guide who spoke zero English. It was a safety issue because we needed instructions about which way to go, what we should avoid, etc.
If you just want to see some waterfalls, it’s overpriced, because it’s a round trip bus ticket, a lunch (albeit, a delicious one), and pretty minimal attention from a tour guide. I say it’s a bus ticket instead of a tour because there were 20 people in my group, and English speakers are basically ignored. To put that into perspective, a round-trip bus ticket to Presidente Figueirado is 70 Reis, which is about $15. A similar lunch in Manaus would be around $4.

This tour used a small bus and had 9 people - one of the smaller groups out there. We went to three clusters of waterfalls. The last one - Iracema - was the most impressive, together with a grotto complex. There was a very short stretch of a jungle walk too. Lunch was included and was delicious. The rains had just descended in the morning so the waterfalls were full. The entire tour took about 10 hours, with the first 3 picking up people. Guide (Miguel) was informative and spoke some English. He also helped us take pictures. Overall it was a good day

Unfortunately, i cannot recommend this to anyone who doesn't speak Portuguese. Although guide does have some English, they don't really bother to explain anything except bare logistics of the trip. As a result, for whole day you just listen to whole group recieving information and not understanding anything. Very annoying, especially since tour advertized as English speaking.
And speaking of tour description, don't believe what they said about duration. Guide showed up 30 minutes before we we were told to expect them (insisted we go now, missing breakfast); and tour ended at 5.30 instead of listed 2 pm. For us not a big deal, but for someone with evening plans, an issue i assume.

We booked the tour understanding it was 6 hours and we had to be ready between 7 and 9 am. We were delayed getting off the ship, but we’re in the terminal at 8:45. Our guide had left at 8:30. He sent another car that arrest 9:45. When we got in he asked when we had to get back . We told him 3pm. He told us it was an 8 hour tour driving 2 hours each way. We had him drive around the block and drop us off at the terminal. Not our best tour. The main problem was the listing. Also no one checked the information we included on the booking form. Lost $140 and a day.

El tour tiene cosas buenas y malas. En lo malo, la coordinación es muy mala, me dijeron que me recogerían a las 8:30, después a las 8:00, después a las 7:30 y al final yo tuve que caminar y esperarlos a un par de cuadras. El grupo es mucho más grande de lo que se indica en la descripción (éramos como 15 personas y la descripción dice máximo 8). El tour demora casi todo el día y no solo 6 horas como indica la descripción (salimos pasado las 8 y regresamos aprox a las 17:30). El guía traduce poco a español o inglés, solo lo más relevante, el resto es solo en portugues. En lo bueno, el paseo en la selva es muy lindo y vale la pena. Recomiendo llevar zapatos buenos para caminar y traje de baño para bañarse. El almuerzo también es bueno. El segundo paseo para bañarse es un poco más aburrido, no vale tanto la pena esa segunda parada. Al final del tour, me dejaron cerca de mi hotel pero no en el hotel mismo. Lo recomiendo igualmente pero creo que hay que ser más honesto con la descripción.
