We did not arrive on the Odyssey of the Seas in time to partake in this experience! Quite bummed, as the ship did not have the gangway down to exit in time.

Book this trip!! Ines was an amazing guide and we couldn’t thank her more for our amazing tour. The tour was just me and my boyfriend and she made us feel so welcome and really gave us a fabulous tour of palma, seeing places we never would have without this tour. She clearly explained how to use the segways and worked until we were both confident to use them and kept checking we were okay throughout the tour. When we return we would definitely do this tour again, highlight of our trip

Segways are so much fun! This was my family's favorite tour of our whole trip! Ines was a great guide! No one in our group had ever ridden on a segway, but she has us all going like pros by the end of the tour! It was a great way to see the city. We were able to stop and take lots of photos and see lots of different locations all within a short amount of time.

Our tour was set for 2:00pm however we were in the area almost two hours early and I sent them a message requesting to know if they would take us early. They responded quickly and said no problem and would be waiting for us. As we arrived Kiko was there waiting and was the friendliest person. He quickly got us fitted with our gear and then gave us a brief lesson on how to use the Segway's. Our group was myself and my wife who are 52, and 51, and then my two boys who are 20, and 18. They all picked up using the Segway's without issue. I was a little slower then them on understanding how they worked but I had very little issues and after about 10 minutes I was cruising along. Our tour was set for an hour but Kiko definitely went much longer than that. It was a great way to see a ton of different spots in a quick amount of time, not to mention a lot of fun. He was very patient as we all got up to speed and you could tell he was very passionate about what he was talking about. Everyone in our party loved this tour and we are so happy we did it. Definitely do this tour if you get the chance. Thanks again Kiko, much appreciated.

Wow...wow... we were a party of 8 (all over 50+), and none us have ever ride a Segway. At the meeting location Ines & Kico were very prompt and patient in give us instructions with demonstration. It was truly a delightful day. The tour, the view, and details of sightseeing was awesome.
We were in a cruise during our visit and my recommendation is take a taxi from the port to your meeting point is only 15€/taxi. If you want a day full of fun... I will definitely recommend it!!!

We never got to do this tour as the guide never showed up. We waited 40 minutes and rang the local number but no response. Very disappointing as this was on my 50th birthday. Still waiting on a refund.

Excellent service and tour! Enjoyed every moment. Our tour guide was very kind and even though we were new to Segway, we had no trouble by the time she finished demonstrating how to maneuver. We saw so much in an hour!

Very fun! Great guide was a good teacher and very patient and encouraging. It’s easy once you get the hang of it and it allows you to see much than on foot. Pro tip: if you burn easily, sunscreen the tops of your hands because they are exposed the whole time.

My family enjoyed a 3 hour tour in Mallorca on Segways. Our guide Dan was incredible and we were able to cover quite a bit of ground on these vs walking. My boys especially loved the Segways and how they performed.

I highly recommend this tour. After safe and thorough instructions myself and 2 daughters were whizzing our way around like pros. Alex was super in every respect. He took all the time that was needed to assure us of feeling confident.

Excellent tour and well worth the money. Never been on a Segway before but after a short practice soon got the hang of it. Our guide was brilliant and took us all over, places and streets we would probably never have found by ourselves.

Excellent tour in the Old Town of Palma! We were a small group of 6 people. Nacho, our guide, was superb from the start with all the tips to get to enjoy the Segways. And after the old city tour, we went to Portitxol and the marina with a quick stopover for a drink. He even made us discover the oldest tea-room in Palma, where they serve the best home made horchata. A must. Thanks a lot, Nacho.

Fantastic way to see Palma. We did the 2 hour trip and that was the perfect length of time. Our guide Mercedes was lovely and really catered well for our group. We were lucky that we were a group of 4 and no one else was on our trip, so it really was tailored just for us. I would and have recommend this trip for anyone who wants to see Palma.

Excellent! Donnie was a great instructor for learning to ride the Segway as well as a great tour guide. We were able to see the Palma Cathedral as well as much of the Old Town during our time which was facilitated and fun on the Segways. Highly recommend this tour!

This was a great way to see Mallorca. We booked the tour and then received an email that they could not accommodate us until the following day. We sent an email back immediately saying we were on a cruise and would only be there that particular day. We never heard anything back so we immediately went there when we got off the ship. It was a bit difficult to find the office. We were happy they were able to work it out. Our guide was very knowledgeable and the scenery is quite beautiful. The only negative is that it is not an audio tour. We would travel to a spot and then the guide would tell us what we were seeing.

This was a fantastic experience and a wonderful way to see much of Palma! Our guide Fernando was excellent and ensured that we were fully confident before setting off and made it his job to ensure our safety.
