Absolutely cool and interesting way of exploring Palma. The guide was providing substantial information and was patient with our youngest daughter learning the Segway (after all she was keen to even continue longer the journey :)). Totally recommend for anyone even 1 hour covers sufficient places but 90-120 minutes are more optimal.

Excellent tour. Informative and fun experience with stops at every important sight, churches and monuments. The tour gives a different view of the old part of Palma. Mario, the tour guide, is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

The guide, Mario, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. First time on a Segway and he was reassuring and patient allowing a practice run. My husband rode the scooter, and it was also first time. The tour included some very informative highlights in Old Town. Overall, great experience and recommend.

It’s a great way to see the old town. Juan was a great tour guide and patient with us as we learned our way around on the Segways. There was a lady who arrived late and made a big deal about not being able to join tour. we had already been trained and started. Juan tried his best to explain that you need time to check in, test the segways, etc and he had another tour after ours. He offered discount, or having her join next tour but she wasn’t having it. All this to say if there is a bad review it was not company’s fault!

Very fun, my kids (14&16) were hesitate but both loved the Segways. Was perfect for end of vacation bc they were tired of waking, this allowed us to see more if we only walked.
I have poor balance but picked it up quickly. The guide was perfect - he was patient, safe focused, friendly, perfect English he provided history and background along the way. His love for the island and history showed. He also took great pictures of us on tour.
Meeting location is central to city center, a 15 min car ride or hour (?) walk from cruise Port ($15EU cab each way, long wait for cabs - but use the designated lines, no Uber drivers found/available).
Highly recommended. Son wished it was longer (we did 1hr) bc he loved it.

We had an amazing time exploring Palma old town with Juan. I learned a lot about Palma and had a ton of fun doing it. Juan spoke perfect English and provided a perfect introduction to Mallorca. He even gave us advice on specific areas to explore later during our trip. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a super fun introduction to Palma and its history. It was such a great and unique experience. I highly recommend doing this tour. The care and guidance provided by our tour guide, Juan, was over the top. He was patient and caring, helping us learn how to ride the Segway, which was so much fun. Seeing the old part of the city this way made it much easier to do in an hour. This tour is a must-do while on the island.

Our family of 4 (two teenagers) wanted to see some highlights of Palma and were only on the island for the day. We were the only ones on the tour, so it was great! We had an excellent guide who was very knowledgeable and friendly! We had never been on Segways before, but they're easy to learn to ride, and a great way to see the city! It was so much fun and after the tour, he recommended a beach for us and we spent the afternoon swimming and relaxing on the beautiful island!

Juan was a great guide- fun and very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us feel confident quickly on the Segways which we had never ridden before. Mario was the perfect guide and this tour was great fun!! I would really recommend this activity! Husband and daughter did the tour and there was a smile on their face from start to finish. Palma is very busy so I would recommend an early tour.

My family of 4 had a great time on the Segways being shown around Palma de Mallorca by Juan. My 10yo twins managed it quite well.
If you’re not feeling very confident about riding one, note that if I can do it then anyone can 😂
We loved riding around and getting some history along the way. We were very sad when the tour ended. But luckily Juan gave us a recommendation for a churros cafe so we could drown our sorrows that the fun had ended
