Scumbags these guys are and would not recommend I purchased numerous excursions that said pickup, and picked this one because it said so: They didn’t reach out until an hour before and asked where I was when my hotel location was indicated and confirmed. Like I said, the other two booked events went perfect but this lazy company didn’t even take time out to see who booked or any details: simple… lazy and last minute

We regret your experience, but we would like to clarify that we contacted you in the morning to inform you about the pick-up, which, as indicated in your reservation and on the website, is only offered within a 7 km radius of the yacht club. In addition, it is necessary to confirm the pick-up by contacting us, which you did not do. Even so, we offered to reschedule the activity for another time or day, but you did not accept. Viator's policy does not allow refunds less than 24 hours in advance. We did everything we could to help you.
