Misinformed about activity requirements

I made this booking on the phone with one of your advisors, despite asking several times whether there are any special requirements and or minimum age limit for the jet ski hire I was repeatedly assured there are none. When we turned up for the activity we were told sternly that an ID is required for my daughter to prove she is over 16 years old!!! We didn’t have an ID for her, only one for me. This ended up ruining it for her and she didn’t get experience.

Hi Lily, I am sorry for the misunderstanding we have had in reference to the age of the child, as we have told you, even if he is a few days short of 16 he is not authorised and we always need to check with the identity documents. In this company we fully comply with the law and we do not make exceptions, we offered you different options so that your daughter could go on the jet ski and not lose the reservation and finally you accepted to go on the jet ski.

I had a great experience. Traveled from Cala Ratjada to Alcudia via Bus for this particular excursion. Worth the travel. Instructor was amazing and made me and my Brother feel at ease. And the other guy who assisted us after we booked was also really helpful. Amazing people. Well worth the trip.
