It was a great tour to Gibraltar. Yes, it is a long day but Covi the guide managed the logistics very well. Christian the driver very professional. Great team, great day. Gibraltar is a place worry of visit and this company managed it well.

Covi was amazing. She spoke both English and Spanish on the tour and was incredibly helpful with going in and out of Gibraltar. She is extremely knowledgeable about the island and you can tell she loves what she does. Absolutely recommend this tour. It's a long day but it's worth it. I did the dolphin tour and it was beautiful

This is definitely a trip that you need to do once. It's amazing to see the Rock. Remember to get photos at the border as the views are very different once you're in town. The main street is really quaint with lots of options for shopping and restaurants. Our tour guide was amazing (Kob, I think). She was funny, knowledgeable and kept everything well-organized.

More transparency needed

Positive: The tour starts on time. They take you to Gibraltar and back. Driver and tour guide were ok. Negative: The program description is not transparent. So the time to get from Malaga to Gibraltar is 3 hours (one way) - why? Because the bus stops at every small settlement between Malaga and Marbella to pick up 2-3 passangers/settlement. This is not mentioned in the tour itinerary. To travel 2x3 hours is an important thing to not mention in the description. Noteworthy information: On the bus the tour guide offers additional programs for additional money. The Rock tour is 60 pounds. The entrence fee for the natural park is 30 pounds (payed on the spot, no waiting lines), so you are basically paying an additional 30 pounds for the little coach that takes you up and down the rock. As you have ample time to reach the top on foot I warmly suggest to all passengers to skip their additional tour and to have a little walk (this applies only for people have dont have problems with walking ofcourse). This also a transparency issue - as they advertise (probably) on multiple platforms the tour with different itinerary, this should be incorporated into their Viator information. If you leave az 07:15 AM you arraive in Gibraltar at 10:30 AM and have time until 15:30 PM when the bus leaves back for Malaga.

Pepe gave us an introduction to Gibraltar on our bus ride from Malaga while Sebastian wove effortlessly through the morning traffic. We made two more pick ups in smaller towns along the way. Each one a possibility for future visits. My first impression of Gibraltar was an eye opener. A bustling big city in a small package. Lots of shops and restaurants with a British vibe and a Spanish accent. A friend and I decided to walk up and up past the bustling city to the large Park. Not an easy climb, but well worth it for the view. We ended up visiting the Caves and saw an amazing light show accompanied by music. Pepe and Sebastian delivered us back to Malaga in time for a good nights sleep before flying home early the next morning. A perfect ending to a great vacation.

Book the cable car or the minnie bus before you get there. Tha cable car was shut down the day we were there due to wind and rain from the day before, so that does happen. The Minnie bus was ok but they pack you in and I ended up setting on a jump seat in the middle of the as aisle. Well worth seeing Gibraltar but watch out for the hustlers as you get through security.

A Must-Do Day Tour

Gibraltar is a must-do day tour if you haven’t been there. We did the rock tour and it gave a great historical perspective of Gibraltar as well as its importance in the present. We also visited St. Michael’s cave which was amazing. The monkeys were adorable and our guide made sure we were able to safely interact with them. Gibraltar also has great shopping deals 👍. So lots to do for the day. 😀 Make sure to bring your Passport, you will need it to enter Gibraltar.

Gibraltar was great but getting there and back was not. From Malaga to Gibraltar took 3 hours because we had to stop in 4 additional towns to check in and board new passengers. We only got 5 hrs there..

Despite confusion over the pickup time, ticket said 10 but txt message said 7:15 we started at the earlier time. It was a good thing as bus ride from malaga was 3 hours with other stops to pick up more Travellers. Gibraltar was nice but excursion to see the rock and monkeys is pricey and is on top of this excursion price.

A very reliable transportation Service to Gibraltar

Overall the service is provided as advertised, the pick-up is on time and at the location shown in Viator. The bus then takes you to Gibraltar and the guide explains the border crossing - afterwards you have 5 hours to explore Gibraltar and takes you back to your allocated stop. Positives: everything ran smooth with no delays Improvements: it felt a bit like they want to sell the „upgrade-tours“ with the 55€ rock extension - during the announcement some of the prices mentioned if you don’t take the tour don’t add up (was mentioned the nature reserve costs 50£ when it costs 30£) additionally guide with busdriver communication could be improved - it was in hot the bus on the way back although it was mild weather with 28 degrees outside and the bus being half empty - if you come from Malaga the journey is a bit longer as the bus has multiple stops along the coast to pick up and drop off people from the hotels Nonetheless, you get exactly what is advertised and overall a good service to see Gibraltar!

This is a simple transfer to Gibraltar, as expected, which was great as you could do want you wanted. However the guide did offer the opportunity to do other tours such as exploring the rock and dolphin watching. So I would recommend as you can choose what to do, which was great. Gibraltar is worth a visit.

That kind of multiple-stop journey can definitely eat into your time and be a bit frustrating. but it is described in our information on the way we do operate the tour. It's also understandable that you felt the information about activities on the Rock was lacking and too focused on promoting the agency's tour. Having more independent information would certainly empower visitors to plan their own time there more effectively. Thanks for sharing this feedback. Arrived in Gibraltar for 11am and did the Rock tour for 1 1/2 hours to explore Gibraltar by minibus.Visuted Europa Point and the lighthouse with views towards Africa and the Bay of Gibraltar with views of Mediterranean and Atlantic.30 minutes spent at St Michael's Cave and got to interact with the Barbary Macaques.A leisurely afternoon exploring the Botanic Gardens and main street with enough time for a decent meal.

Day trip from Malaga to Gibraltar couldn’t have gone better. Bus turned up bang on time. Lovely friendly guide. If I had to pick fault, the bus didn’t have a toilet for a 2 1/2 hour journey and the bus picked up 100m from the designated spot, so we could easily have missed it.

Didn’t get to enjoy anything

My preferred contact is email. Every other tour company I have ever dealt with has sent an email 24-48 hours prior to the tour confirming details but not this one! I went with the information I got in the Vitor reminder email with our tickets that clearly stated start time as 10am. We were at the meeting point early as I always am. At that point I contacted the tour operator to verify I was where they wanted me to be only to be told the pick up had been over 2 hours earlier. They said they sent a WhatsApp message which I don’t usually use. When I checked I found it had been sent at 1am the morning of the tour. I do a lot of tours and have never missed one. No tour, no refund! Will never use this tour company again.

A very good day tour in Gibraltar!

It was fun, cheaper way of going to Gibraltar than travelling on a train. Daniel the guy from visitanddo did a very good job for accommodating us and recommending some tours around Gibraltar.
