Overall a good tour. The pickup point at Av. De Andalucia, 10 is a bit chaotic. many tour busses at the same time time and nothing g was marked with which tour is which. So large groups opening from one bus to another that part could be organized a bit better. And at least put signs up. Otherwise a worthy tour from Malaga as Setenil and Ronda (and most of the drive is beautiful)

The tour was very nice. Sentinel and a Ronda was interesting especially because of all the history. Ronda has beautiful mountains all around and the people were very friendly.
The only complaint I have is the bus that transported us. It is full bus of passengers, however from the start of the morning till the end of the tour day, the A/C didn’t wok. Very hot on the bus especially when the sun is shinning through the windows, even when the curtains are closed. The bus also shakes and makes noises as if it is falling apart. We have been about in Spain for a month and all of the rest of the tours have newer Mercedez buses with comfortable riding, A/C and charging ports. This one is an older bus with none of the fore mentioned. Need to find a company with better buses for the paying public on the tours. Again as for the tour to the places we visited it was very nice. Thank you.

A visit to Ronda and Setenil is a good activity to do when visiting Spain. Both are charming villages with lots of history. We paid the extra amount for a guided tour, and that’s the part that was disappointing. Our tour guide was not well-equipped to provide a good tour experience for the group size we had. He was difficult to hear; especially with the number people and noise in the areas we visited, which he said was a normal crowd in Ronda. The tour should require these guides to provide earpieces so that we can actually hear the information they are sharing.

We enjoyed out tour very much! Our tour guide Olivier was excellent and made the bus ride entertaining and interesting. When we arrived at Ronda, the tourguide, Cristobal, was equally knowledgeable.

The tour was Ok but not wow! I felt confused by the tour co info on timing. First they said 11 hour day. Then it was back by 6:00 pm. But we got back at 4:00. Our guide in Ronda was very good but the company did provide earphones so hard to hear.

The guide gave us really no direction when you arrived to Setenil. Other groups were directed by their guides, and the guides had microphones that luckily we were able to overhear. The guide in Ronda needed a microphone as well, and the bus was so hot a girl over heated. The conditions on the return were unbearable. Overall, the cities were beautiful.

In general, both tours went ok and safe. However, in Cibeles de Bodega, the tour guide was not well trained. We had to find our own way to see the area. He did not know the area completely. In Ronda. Antonio (local tour guide) was very knowledgeable, however we did not received the vouchers to visit the bull coliseum and the museum, which was included in the tour price. We have to paid out of pocket for additional tickets.

In Setenil you have free time to walk around for about an hour.
And on Tuesdays the excursion does NOT include the entrance to the Bullring or the Bullfighting Museum.
The information is posted in several places of the excursion, they are the only ones who have told us this in several seasons.
Therefore, we recommend you to read well all the available information before booking and if you have any doubt you can always contact us.

Information about free time (duration) in both locations. Be prepared to spend more time at La Ronda that you might want (unless you take time for a leisurely lunch).

I showed up at the meeting point at 7:55 a.m. for a 8:15 pickup. There was no one there, I waited an hour and a half, and was never picked up. Somehow you think I was on the tour. But I wasn't. I am very upset, my last two days in Malaga were based solely on this tour. I cannot express how angry I am right now.

Our guide waited at the designated meeting point for at least 15 minutes, as is standard procedure, and even sent us a photo to confirm his presence. In that photo, no guests were visible, which leads us to believe that, unfortunately, you may have gone to the wrong location.

At the same site we picked up 30 people, 12 of whom were from the same booking platform.
So... we are sorry that they did not arrive on time and could not enjoy the excursion.
It is important to be punctual and we always recommend to be there 10 minutes before the tour starts.

Would have given this tour 5 stars but for the steady rain all day. The guides were excellent. Setenil is definitely worth the stop, and Ronda is beautiful with some jaw dropping views. Would have loved to see it on a sunny day

We had really bad weather during the tour, very heavy rain (no complaints about that, we were happy to be on the tour) the guide was disorganized when walking to the sites, I speak Spanish so I asked the locals where to go and helped other people taking the tour who were also lost. The worst part was when we went back to the lot where the bus was supposed to be waiting for us, the bus wasn’t there! We had to get into another bus tour for shelter. The driver of that other tour bus wasn’t very kind and understanding. So inconsiderate of your driver to be elsewhere on that weather. It was a horrible experience that ruined the whole tour.

A great day tour, however a little rushed in Setenill then killing time in Rhonda. The walk down the hill then back up in Setenil meant not enough time to explore that wonderful wee town.

This is my second time in this tour, but unfortunately it was a very bad experience 😢the bus was too full so unable to sit with my family? Vanessa the tour guide on the bus was good, but unfortunately Christopher the guide in Ronda was very poor🥴he was too softly spoken and it was very busy so nobody could hear or understand what he was saying?very disappointing😞

There was a lot of confusion as to which bus was the bus to take me on the tour as there was several buses at the pick-up point. A sign indicating the company would have helped to identify the operator. The tour guide taking tickets was a little grumpy and when given commentary mumble and was hard to understand. Tony the guide was excellent.
All I all it was a reasonable experience.

The guide was very knowledgeable and did his very best for everyone to hear his information. I loved seeing Setenil de las Bodegas but would have liked a few minutes there to have a coffee or buy a souvenir. In Ronda we were shown the amazing bullring and the New Brigde and again, we recieved excellent information from our tour guide. Plenty of time there to eat and look around on our own.

Ronda was a beautiful place to visit. This tour felt a bit rushed by the guide but I can appreciate that he wanted to show us all the main things to see and then leave us with plenty of free time to shop and/or explore on our own. We managed to have lunch at the restaurant on the cliff front and shop, so that was good.

Our guide was very good. He translated everything in 3 different languages and kept his commentary accurate. The tour was great. We learned alot about the history of bullfighting and witnessed breathtaking views of the bridge and gorge. We were given ample free time to explore the city on our own. I would highly recommend this tour
