As someone who travels a lot I always make sure I arrange for airport pickup. It takes the stress off of landing in a new country, different language, and compliance for entering a country. Highly recommend this service. It is worth the money and make sure to tip generously!!

After a long day of travel it was absolute perfection to walk into the terminal and immediately see our name and driver waiting for us. Our baggage took a while to come out, but he was patient and organized porters to help get our luggage and go through customs and security. As someone who travels a lot I always make sure I arrange for airport pickup. It takes the stress off of landing in a new country, different language, and compliance for entering a country. Highly recommend this service. It is worth the money and make sure to tip generously!!

Lovely pickup - on time. Would be nice to get a message confirming beforehand. Car was clean. Would say very overpriced for a 20min drive with no traffic- Uber was so much cheaper. Maybe consider getting one way from the airport and Uber from hotel next time to airport. I only booked as I was travelling solo as a woman and arrived late at night

Our pick up was waiting for us outside our landing gate. He spoke perfect English and took care of our bags. Took us to our hotel in a clean car and gave us lots of info on the way. Great experience!

Good swift hassle free transfer from airport to Hilton Resort. A bit expensive - our return journey from hotel to airport cost us 1/5th the amount in a Taxi.

Very simple process and were helped in finding luggage. Flight time was changed and even though Egyptair didn't manage to be consistent on the flight time the driver was waiting for us.

After a rough travel day from Cairo, it was terrific to see a sign with my name on it in the arrivals area in Luxor. Was a huge sigh of relief. Omar was welcoming, understanding, polite and did a terrific job getting us to our hotel. Strongly recommended for those who do not want to deal with the hassle of flagging down a local cab.

My only complaint is the man who met us also met another couple and spent all his time with them. He eventually left with them and we were left wondering if he'd deserted us. Luckily he gave our name sheet to another driver who met us outside of baggage. But it would have been nice if he'd told us he was doing this.
