Staff are nice and courteous but not sure if it is really worth it. Let's take a look at the description of the service offered, and it reads: "You will be helped with immigration and your luggage before making your way to your car."
If I'm presenting to the immigration officer and finishing up with immigration stuff myself, then picking up my luggage from the carousel myself and find my way out through customs myself and respond to customs inquiries myself then, where is the service offered exactly? The only thing I was helped with was the luggage loading into the car waiting outside of the airport and get to the hotel; that's all.
Compared to Cairo Airport VIP service, this one is incomparable. At Cairo Airport, someone's wait with a sign, takes you with a luxury car to a VIP lounge, takes care of literally EVERYTHING and wish you the best as you go out of the airport. Not sure if I will try it again with this price.

Dear Mr. Khaled, hope you are doing well and that things are fine your end. So happy to serve you during your last visit. what you have booked is Hurghada private transfer and this is not VIP at Hurghada airport. What you are taking about in Cairo is what is Called Ahalan Service at its around 160$ per person for the service, this is what takes you from the gate with the gold car or from the flight with the latest BMW or Mercedes and you are seated in the lounge till all your procedures are finished and you bags are even collected. With my due respect, you can't compare this with what we offer or charge in Hurghada and we haven't listed any this benefits in our wording of Hurghada Transfer. we have the same in Hurghada but costs much more money than what you have paid and even though it's not as good as Cairo one.

Our international flight was delayed - we called the number listed on the voucher to inform them, South Sinai Travel. The office said this was fine and to let them know when the new flight was coming. We called to inform when we were coming, but then they said we needed to contact viator and reschedule, saying they already sent a car for us earlier as we should notify them 1 hour before our flight arrival of any change. They said we were a no show. They said for us to email them, but no email address was provided or given after asking repeatedly. We didn't know we would be delayed and called at 10:30AM as soon as we had flight information. Finally, they agreed to get us at arrival and charged us again for the transfer. When in Egypt - use Uber or Careem always!

Great way to beat the hassle of the coach. Howwever, the driver Mohammed met us and charged us 60 USD for the Visas which should have been 50 USD. So yeah, we were haggled on this one wihtout even knowing at the time. So people be aware - tell them you'll pay for your own VISA...

Not very good at all, we did not get collected from the airport as arranged, unable to contact the emergency number and it cost us £25.00 in taxi fare to get us to our hotel.

I highly recommend this service. A man was waiting for us with our name clearly signposted. Within minutes, he arranged our visas. The drive to the hotel was very smooth, the man helped us with the registration at the hotel reception and did not accept a tip. A very good service!

Your rep was there waiting for me, with a visa. Queuing for a visa at Hurghada airport can be a nightmare 15-20 minutes in the heat is pretty stressful. Very clean and comfortable transport.

Our flight arrived in Hurghada 3 hrs late and we were apprehensive in case nobody knew what was happening, NO PROBLEM. Viator rep was there and helped us obtain visas, carried our luggage past usual harassing taxi-drivers, even took us into the hotel reception area. And would not take a tip. Coming home picked us up on time and again assisted us right up to airport check-in desk, also very knowledgeable about the area. This is our third time of using Viator and each one has been PERFECT. Well done Viator.
