Driver was waiting as we left our hotel reception so that was very much appreciated that he was on time. Car was clean and his driving was great. He was very friendly and we had nice conversation on the drive. Very safe driving which is not common in Egypt. Thankyou!

Great pick-up from the airport. Communication was great. Due to travel delays we were put on another later flight. Able to easily communicate and confirm the change in time with no issues. Would highly recommend!

Amr was great & so flexible! It was so nice knowing that we had our ride secured after the airport. He was very patient waiting for us to get through customs & get our bag. Would definitely reccomend this.

I used this company for my arrival in Luxor and everything was perfect. The transfer from the hotel to the airport was a bit more eventful. The driver arrived on time and dropped me at the airport. The issue was the insistence of the driver to stop for a drink on our way to the airport. It was annoying and unprofessional. As a foreign visitor I was put on an awkward situation saying "no" to the invitation.
Professional service, the driver was waiting for me with a sign and helped me with my luggage. No issues at all.
Excellent, efficient transfer from and to airport with our driver Amr. He was punctual and courteous.

Booked a transfer from Luxor airport to our hotel. We were connecting from Sharm through Cairo and arrived 4 hours late on a different flight. Perfect pickup, nice car, and great service.

Wonderful service. Dropped us in front of departures building. Our friends travelling by local taxi were dropped off outside the airport. Had to walk to departures.

Even though I booked super last minute, (I booked when I arrived at Luxor airport 🫠) they still found a ride for me and kept in touch with me through WhatsApp until my ride showed up. The driver stopped and bought me water and a juice on the way to the hotel. I will book them again next time I come to Luxor.

Great car transfer from Luxor airport to our hotel, booked via Viator. I highly recommend. Greeted by our driver with a name card, luggage quickly loaded into a nice car and smooth drive to the hotel.
Our flight from Cairo was delayed by 2 hours but Amr was very accommodating via WhatsApp. Amr also offered tours for Luxor which we booked and we highly recommend the drivers and guides from ‘Luxor Safe Tours & Taxi’. We also rebooked our return transfer to the airport with Amr as we were impressed by his service.

Our driver Amr arrived to the hotel 15 minutes earlier and let us know via WhatsApp that we can depart whenever we are ready! The ride to the airport was smooth and quick. Amr also helped us with the luggage and was very kind.

All as expected. Our flight was 40 minutes late but this was no problem. Clean car, polite and friendly driver, who pointed out numerous places of interest during the short drive to the hotel.

We had a fantastic experience with Amr as our private airport driver in Luxor. Communication before arrival was clear and easy, and Amr was waiting on time at the airport with a sign, which made everything completely stress-free. The vehicle was clean, air-conditioned, and very comfortable.

Amr provided excellent and professional driving services, picking my wife and myself up from the airport even at a late hour. On the way to the hotel, he briefly explained few notable things that popped out around the city and even connecting us to several activities that can be done in the city. We had the pleasure of having him take us to the airport on our way home as well, and once again he provided great and professional driving services. Would love to have him as my driver anytime I’m in Luxor.

Bad experience. My flight was at 8 am. I had a confirmation from the booking company one day before that the driver will turn up. There was no one at the hotel for the pick up. There was no number provided (and only Viator chat available) to interact. But no response in the morning. Thankfully I was able to find a cab on my own and did not miss my flight.
In short - DO NOT rely on them completely. Always have a plan B.

Company confirmed booking right away. Kept in touch via WhatsApp. Our flight got delayed two hours and driver was still there on time in comfortable minivan to drive us to hotel. Would recommend.
