- Beware of the closing times of the cable car by visiting rigi.ch prior to your travel. Use Vitznau train line instead (no refund due to this!)

Great experience at the spa with the ability to hike Mt. Rigi beforehand. The rail trip up the mountain was awesome! Great views from the top of the mountain! Just note that if staying in Lucerne, you must book the boat ride from Lucern to Vitznau separately.

This was so convenient! Pre-plan how you’ll get to Rigi mountain but once there it’s incredible. The spa was fabulous, just be prepared if you want to sauna that its textile free (so nude or with a towel). It was an incredibly relaxing day with beautiful views! Would recommend, especially if you do a hard hike the day before.

That if you take the gondola down at the end of day you can’t catch a ferry back. We got stranded & had a steep downhill walk (& I was recovering from a broken ankle!

Self guided, had to figure out how to get there from Lucern, either ferry or train to Weggis or Vitznau where you catch the cable car or train (not included in the tour). Be mindful of times for the cable car and cogwheel train, and ferry. We took the ferry which was beautiful, then had to wait two hours for return. The spa is fantastic especially after hiking, be sure to allot enough time for this. We did the panorama trail and absolutely beautiful.

Be sure that you understand the tour.... there was nothing about the time it takes to get onto the mountain or specific schedules you need to review in advance. Further, that the spa location is a hike and or additional ride to the event. Due to time constraints we didn't get to do the spa and had I known I would have canceled day before. Basically wasted money to ride the cog train! Not thorough data on this activity at all.

It was a hike to get there… there has to be a bus or taxi… but we took the tram, then Hiked up to the mineral baths. The facilities are amazing! Make sure you bring a bathing suit and towel.

A great overall experience. Maybe, let folks know a bit more about the no bathing suit requirement in the sauna but totally worth it. I would also be great if the ticket could also include the boat ride to and from Mt. Rigi.

The baths were soooo relaxing! Definitely worth visiting!! It felt like we were bathing in the clouds.
I definitely recommend looking at transport up the mountain before getting there. We didn’t realise how big it is and can take an hour of travel across the mountain by cable car to get to the spa. 2 hours if walking.

Took us almost 2 hours to get to this spa from our hotel in Lucerne, but once we got there it was great. Clean facility, nice friendly staff and great way to spend 4 hours on a rainy day. Only wish they would have started taking massage appointments earlier in the day so we could have done it before we had to leave. Had never done this before and it was a pleasant experience.

Amazing experience, would highly recommend! Even if it’s cloudy in Lucern, the mountain is beautiful! Easy to use tickets and reasonable price. Definitely get up the mountain in the morning so you have plenty of time to explore. Wear hiking clothes if you want to see the trails. It was unclear to me that Kaltbad and Klum were different locations with a train running in between. Good to have that context going up and plan for a trip to the summit. Also the spa is great so plan some extra time for the steam room or a massage. Overall, def recommend! Great tour.

Not worth it unless you are certain that it will be sunny and not foggy. We went on a foggy day and could not see 1 meter in front of us. So we didn’t see any of the wonderful views. They don’t issue a refund less than 24hr in advance and the weather can change in a couple of hours here.

Such a unique and relaxing experience after a lot of traveling. The mineral baths are amazing! I highly recommend doing this for an afternoon. We went on a rainy day which was perfect because everything is inside and you can swim thru to the outside pool area which has incredible views. You can rent towels, robes and even swim suits if needed and have wine and Prosecco along with light snacks. In all it was a perfect day! GO!!

We had an amazing day on Mt Rigi. I highly recommend! We took the ferry from Lucerne to Weggis (not included) then took the cable car halfway up the mountain and hiked to the peak from there. Such gorgeous views while hiking up and at the top. We grabbed a drink at the restaurant at the top of Mt Rigi and took in the beauty of it all. We then took the train down to the spa which was such a relaxing, wonderful experience.

Highly recommend for anybody staying in the Lucerne region. The mineral bath and spa were amazing, the view breathtaking, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I took my wife here during our honeymoon and we added a massage and It was definitely worth it! Not to mention the amazing views of mount Rigi!

We had a fantastic day from the ferry ride to get to Weggis ( not included) then the cable car ride up, we then caught the train to almost the top. It’s a 10 minute walk up to the very top but well worth it as the views are spectacular. We then decided to do the 50 minute walk down rather than wait for the next train. (They run every hour) the views were beautiful along the way and all the cows with their bells on were so cute. When we got back to the Mineralbath and spa had a relaxing afternoon. The facilities were all very clean, there were plenty of sun beds as it wasn’t very busy. Would highly recommend.

It was raining nonstop for days so we would not have made the most of the ride to the Mt. Rigi or the spa. In addition, from where we were staying in Lucene, it would cost us $100 Francs each way to Weggis to get to Mt. Riggi. The communicated with the tour guide and they suggested I contact Viator for a refund. Once I did it was all accomplished within 15 minutes! And we cancelled the day of the tour!
My friend and I were amazed at the customer service and prompt response. I have booked many excursions with Viator and will continue to do so.
