    Educational

Excellent exibition with plenty of informative narrative about each artist stating how their lives and skills progressed and grew. This gave an insight into their character, motivation and vision.

Great exhibition but ticket barcode issue

The exhibition was amazing but the barcode on the downloaded ticket did not work so we had to que to get a paper ticket which was quite annoying

    Great exhibition

Great exhibition, paintings covering wide time range for both artists. Amazing number and selection of paintings.

Excellent art, greater consideration from some viewers required.

The exhibition and presentation of the paintings and information were all in my opinion of a good standard. Some of the staff were helpful and informed, a couple rather abrupt and surly. Although I enjoyed the experience it was compromised by the number of people at the viewing, in particular the few who were self absorbed and either unaware or careless of others. Those for example who placed themselves in front of a picture or a commentary that someone else was already trying to view. Phone cameras were in evidence but fortunately being employed by only a couple of people. I am glad I booked in advance via Viator as the exhibition was sold out on the day of my visit. However rather than the Viator receipt and booking confirmation & timed access allowing you to enter you still had to queue at the ticket desk and wait whilst a slow printing procedure created your entry ticket. Tate Britain holds some wonderful works of art and is in my opinion well worth a visit even if it is not to see a special exhibition.

    Good exhibition

This is a good exhibition. But be aware that the Tate does not like you booking through third party ticket sellers. Be prepared to queue, nearly half an hour in our case, to get your ticket approved.
