Our travel guide Will was great! Covered a lot of ground in 5 hours showing us the major points of interest. Tour was at a good pace and very doable. Will had some great stories and first hand insight on everything. Definitely time well spent if you are short on time but still want to see some of London. Getting to go inside Buckingham Palace was fantastic!
Ashley was fantastic and very informative while on the walking part of the tour - friendly and certainly knew his stuff and went above and beyond.
Our guide Chris was very fun and very informative. He was able to get us wonderful views of the changing of the guard while avoiding the worst of the crowds. He was a gem of a guide.

Our guide did not complete the tour as advertised. He spent too much time making random stops and went on and on about subjects of little interest to the group. As a result,, 80 percent of the tour group , including us, had to leave the tour early to go on to our next scheduled events, which was included in the cost of the tour. We missed out on seeing at least 1/3 of the walking tour due to the shenanigans of the guide. Then we had to hurry by ourselves to go to our events without any assistance from the tour guide, which is totally disappointing. Fortunately we knew where we had to go so we made it in time. A less informed person would have missed the events that they already paid for.
This was a very enjoyable tour of the royal sights around London, and our tour guide Will was very knowledgeable and explained every place we visited, and he gave us pointers about where to get the best views for the changing of the guard. We also learned the difference between the Queen's Clock Tower and Big Ben. We had access to the Buckingham Palace tour, and that was a very impressive sight. A must do for first time visitors to London.
Our Full Royal Tour wasn’t quite what we expected, the first part of the tour was a small group walking tour around a number of sites, our guide Will was very good, he had great knowledge and was very witty however the second part of our tour which was to be a tour inside Buckingham Palace was a large group tour of approx 60 or more people came as a surprise to us as it doesn’t read like that on the Viator website. We didn’t end up doing this part of the tour as you probably wouldn’t be able to see anything and realistically there is no way known that you would be able to keep everyone together with this amount of people.

The walk was very informative & lively. My problem was I didn’t realize how long. A 3hr walk was in a city with so few benches! Our guide was great.
The Buckingham palace tour is something I never thought I’d experience!
However one of the above would have been. Rough/19,000 steps!

Ari was great! Super friendly and very knowledgeable. She brought us to great spots to see different events including the changing of the guards
Kris was both entertaining and knowledgeable. Made our day very fun! Knew some secret locations that provided us with excellent viewing spots despite the massive crowds.
It was disappointing from what the explanation is and what we did. So much more could have been incorporated into the tour. Greg did his job but felt we could have done the walk on our own . He was very unclear on Buckingham Palace tour times and ran over to palace on our own only to find our tickets were 45 minutes later.

GREG our tour guide was amazing, he got everyone involved with the tour made everyone feel comfortable and his knowledge about the history of the royals is second to none, absolutely brilliant. He went above and beyond during the tour. We couldn't of asked for a better tour guide.
So I can't speak to the tour itself - my flight arrived 2 hours late forcing me to miss the start time and therefore forfeit the price of my tour (which I was totally fine with as that was the risk I accepted when I booked it). But what I really appreciated was the response of the company when I reached out to let them know that I wouldn't make it as they sent me my ticket for the Buckingham Palace portion of the tour so I could at least try and make that part of the trip (which I did) so it wasn't a total loss for me.
