Punctual and very clear communication with a photograph sent via what’sapp showing exactly where we should head for when leaving the arrivals halls. Very good after a long flight and as the roads and traffic are a bit mental it took all the worry and stress away from transferring to our hotel.

Lima Car Service - Should be called "No Car Service Lima"

The most memorable part was our car not showing up. No wait, that wasn't it - the most memorable part was when Lima Car Service blamed up me for not giving them the correct address. However, if you put the address in Google, it brings you to our exact address.

Hi!.. LIMA is a big city... LIMA is not BARRANCO... where in your request did you PUT Barranco?... we were in the address that you put in your request... you should know that you can find the same address in each district... and you put Lima District ( that is not Barranco District)... So we go to the address that you asked... for you to put your address in google map is the only one... but for people that we live in lima, we have severals. we are sorry for your no show up car... but you did not want to wait for the car that were in other part of the city... we made a reimbursement of %50 considering that you send us to other part of the city,, we send you picture when we were on the spot on time... have a nice day.... Barranco is not Lima :)
