The restaurant was never contacted after I paid for the excursion and I had to then pay the bill again.

Dear Marc, We made the corresponding inquiries and did not find the reservation mentioned in the restaurant, so this service will not be charged. Apparently, it was an error in the system which will be reviewed with the restaurant's systems area. We regret what happened and the perception that passengers had of this service. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused and regret the situation. Please rest assured that we’re taking this matter seriously and will take the necessary measures to avoid similar issues in the future.
