Can’t put the code in anywhere to enter. Shared booking doesn’t work. Start point in middle of the road

Timothy, I think I see where this went wrong. Our tours run in the Explorial App, not in the Viator App — that's a crucial distinction. Your booking lives in Viator, yes, but the actual tour itself plays in our own app. This is documented multiple times in the aktiviy description, your booking confirmation, and the pre-activity instructions — but I get that it's easy to miss. The fix is straightforward: download the Explorial App, enter your booking code there, and you're all set!
