We did the 7 zip line tour and it was perfect. Not to much. Just the right amount of fun. There was a nice little hike through the jungle in the middle which we really enjoyed. The drive up to the zip line pads was really sweet. The zip line instructors you could tell, really loved their jobs. It was a great time and I would recommend the zip lines as a must if you like adventure and you find yourself headed to La Fortuna. The view of the waterfall is like nothing I’ve experienced elsewhere.

Lots of fun. Family loved it - we did it on our last day in Costa Rica and it was one of the highlights of the trip. Well worth doing. The staff were great and well organized.

Fun and a good length of time, not too long, not too short. Next time I would do higher ones, but this was perfect for kids and adults that had never gone before!

Must do. Very well organized, felt very safe with the equipment, the guides were amazing, and the zip-lines were absolutely incredible. The only con is that after this, the bar is so high that zip lining at other places may be lame. Did it with 2 kids, including a 10 year old that was super scared; however, the guides were very supportive by the time she made it across this was one of her favorite activities ever.

This activity does require a 10-15 minute hike in the woods at an incline, as well as many stairs to get up to the zip line platforms. Guides do not have water with them, or any emergency supplies. Very small cup of water provided at the veryyy end of the activity. My partner was unfortunately very sick by the end of the activity/hiking/pulling self up zip line. Feels unsafe that the guides can't provide water for emergencies, as well after the first zip line there is no way to turn back or stop the activity. You need to complete all 7, even if feeling unwell, injured etc. The ziplining itself is fun, but difficult to hold the break in your hand behind your body. Poor instructions, lots of participants were very confused about the break, and ended up going way too fast, burning themselves or not making it across. The guides were not very helpful and were rude towards participants for getting stuck on zipline, and for unintentional mistakes. Overall the ziplining was fun and had good views, but I feel like it could be improved just by having a few water stations, being patient with participants and giving better instruction.

For safety reasons, our guides cannot carry additional items such as water while operating the zipline, as they must remain fully focused and properly equipped to assist guests during the activity. However, we do have two water stations available along the 7-line route where participants can hydrate during the tour. Before starting, all guests also receive a detailed safety briefing and instructional video explaining how to brake properly. In addition, our guides are always positioned to assist and can brake guests if needed to ensure everyone’s safety.

Fun and exciting! Ziplining past the waterfall was amazing. There was a nice mix of long and short lines with several going through the dense canopy. The guides were very professional and helpful.
