Very friendly and knowledgable crew. We saw some cool animals, learned a lot about native flora and fauna, and overall had a great time on the river with Andres!

They never showed up. After standing on the side of the road for an hour and attempting unsuccessfully to reach them by WhatsApp, and through Viator, I contacted Viator directly and learned that Calypso had canceled the trip and neglected to alert me.
Very disappointed as this wasted a day of my vacation because of their unprofessionalism.
Luckily, I booked through Viator so I’ve received a speedy refund.

The animals were amazing! We saw howler monkeys everywhere, plus babies! There were white faced monkeys, iguana, porcupine in a tree, owl, a sloth and at the very end we saw a crocodile!! This should not be your first kayaking experience!! 😁💜

We had a wonderful experience. Jose our guide was super knowledgeable about all the plants, animals and everything Costa Rican! His English was suberb and he knew all the right spots to pull over and check things out. We saw so many birds, howler monkeys, iguanas and the coolest little bats! This was an amazing way to get to see wildlife without seeing other tourists and really feeling immersed in the rain forest.
Bethshiva the owner was extremely friendly and made us feel like we were at home and with friends. A great company to use, they genuinely want you to have an awesome adventure and are not trying to rip you off like some other places we have experienced.
