This was a 2 part tour, the first part was the Hanging Bridges which was good and the guide was good, the second part was at Paradise Springs where we were dropped off and told they would pick us up at 4:00pm, we checked out and the employee at the springs told us they called and would be 15 minutes late, 30 minutes later I was texting them and they did not respond, the employee called from her phone several times before they picked up which was now 4:45, they finally came but we had missed a dinner we were supposed to go to with family due to this, with no explanation, I would not recommend.

Andreas was a great tour guide! Very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna. Didn’t hesitate to stop the group to look for animals. We saw lots of snakes and frogs!

A small group with a friendly, knowledgeable guide is the best way to have the most enjoyable and fruitful (i.e., animal spotting) time at the hanging bridges. We definitely saw and learned a lot that we wouldn't have otherwise. This is a great option if you aren't already doing the hanging bridges through another tour.

Our guide Gustavo was amazing! He took the time to talk to us about many interesting facts from the park. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to his craft. The hanging bridges experience itself was great as well!
