We had a lovely day at zackopane with our very lovely guide Joanna , she is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on her countries history , it’s a long day but the thermals at the end is just the best ! Well worth a visit Poland is beautiful ! And there people are fantastic !

Teh Zakopane trip was a good choice for an easier way of not having to rent a car and drive up, however IMO we made too many stops and could have spent more time in Zakopane and at the thermal baths if we could have cut out the smoked cheese and old town stop. The driver was very nice and professional and helpful. I just think if your going to be able to see more of Zakopane and spend more time at the baths it would be a nicer option. If you rent a car you can probably do it better on your own.

We had a good driver ,with pick up and drop off perfect. Interesting stop at a shepherd's hut with cheese tasting.
However,we were extremely disappointed with Zakopane and Chocholow as half it was closed,there was rubbish not collected and no atmosphere.It was obviously out of season which should be reflected in the price . Very disappointed.
The trip to Zakopane spa was lovely with plenty of pools,a sauna, jacuzzis to use.All areas were clean.Nice atmosphere .
Would recommend the Shepherds hut and Spa experience without the stop off in Zakopane if going out of season,as we felt this was expensive and not worth the cost .

We were picked up by our guide Lukas, he was friendly and informative and made sure our day went perfectly. The whole day was a real treat and planned incredibly well. Wear comfortable shoes for walking around Zakopane. The thermal baths were an incredible treat and although it was very busy we got chance to visit all of the pools.
All in all a really amazing day trip when visiting Krakow.

It was a very fun day! The guide (Wojtek) was friendly and professional, and shared a lot of interesting information about Polish life.
We visited on the weekend so it was quite crowded but still a great day out.

The town was really nice and the cablecar to the summit where there were restaurants. The Thermal baths where amazing, they had a DJ and swim up bar on the lower pool which was massive. I would definitely do this trip again.

It was nice to get out of the city for the day & see some of the countryside. The mountain range is impressive but it was not a clear day, so the view was very hazy. The vehicular up to the viewing point was good but the area is spoilt by too many eateries & souvenir stalls. The thermal baths were very crowded & noisy. Not at all relaxing.

The Tara mountain is like a carnival just rows of stalls so not the nature walk I had expected, there a cool gravity slide that we did then back down to a town full of the same stuff.
The shepards hut is nice and the cheese good.
The baths were nice to relaxed after a long day though a bit busy

The trip is very well planned and organised. Our guide Lukasz was lovely, very happy to help and keep us informed. The views from Zakopane are really beautiful and certainly worth the trip. Zakopane town is lovely to walk around too. The Thermal Baths weren't quite what we had envisaged, it was very busy with it being half term so quite rowdy. We were hoping it would have been more relaxing. However, all in all a great day and would highly recommend.

Lucasz our driver was fantastic. At all of the attractions he made sure we were all aware of the plans and provided detailed information to ensure that we got the most out of them. There was a flawless transition between attractions and everything ran to schedule, whilst not feeling like we were on a school trip. I would definitely recommend this experience, which was great value, and enhanced by the knowledge and enthusiasm of Lucasz. A must do if you visit Krakow.

We had just the best day and that was in big part because we had a fabulous tour guide-Pav- and great company in the form of a couple of hilarious ladies.
Pav was extremely knowledgeable regarding history and very much in tune with nature and the well-being of the environment, especially the mountain and forest area.

Patrick was an amazing tour Guide. Very informative and polite. The communication through Hellocracowwas brilliant, they contacted me through watsapp and were contactable all the way through they organised everything from beginning to end,kept in touch throughout the whole trip from the wooden house village,cheese tasting,zakapane Mountain and kadt but,not least the thermal.baths ,just a super amazing experience. Thank you Patrick and Helloracow . We will definitely be using Hellocracow again . 10/10
