This trip was incredible! Wide selection of buffet food but the set menu was to a desired taste. Personally I loved it, but the other person in the party wasn’t the greatest fan. However it’s typically Polish so was down to try it! The unlimited alcoholic drinks was lovely. Able to try a Polish beer and different wines along with a cherry alcoholic shot. The music and dancers were great. Overall a lovely experience. Only tip is… the pick up point is actually OPPOSITE the address they give you. Cross over further down the road to get across.

A 3 course meal with additional buffet included, unlimited drinks. I ate loads & had a mixture of free flowing beers & wines, so I got my moneys worth. The food was very tasty. It is always worth having/trying traditional meals/something new wherever anyone travels in the world. A pleasant & entertaining atmosphere with singing/vocals, dancing, native music while donning charming, interesting & appealing ancestral clothing.

Wonderful time. The best thing we did in Krakow. The staff were very engaging and warm aand and we all managed to be up and dancing at some point in the evening. Highly recommend!

Excellent value, delicious meal with free-flowing wine and beer, and wonderful entertainment. I would have rated this five-star, but communication with tour operator was poor. There had been a change in the pick-up location, and I missed that message (possibly while on a different travel). As I typically do, I messaged the operator a day prior to the excursion to confirm when and where (old location) we were expecting to be picked up. No response. So our group of four was waiting at the old location, past the pick up time. I called the phone number for the tour operator. No answer. Scrolling through info, I noticed a change of location message -- and we ran for several blocks -- arriving just for the bus left (pick-up was scheduled for 6:30; was about 6:45-6:50 by the time were got to the revised location). Yes, it was my mistake that I didn't see the change of location. But I was not impressed that when it became clear that something was wrong, I was unable to reach the operator, and that they did not respond to my earlier message to confirm time and location.

We had such a fantastic time. It was well organized and on time. The food was great. The dancing was fun and they got everyone involved. The drinks were unlimited and help yourself so that was amazing. We met a lot of people as the seating was large picnic table style. The meals were served to us and after there was a buffet. Come hungry! I would highly recommend it for anyone. Also, you can tip after with credit card if needed so you don't have to have cash for that but it is easier.

Poor organization/communication and description (re duration) of event

Have used Viator on many occasions all around the world and never found them wanting, however not this time! Poor communication re ‘premium pick up service’ from hotel - not included in voucher - contact with Viator resulted in an amended voucher issue with ‘premium pick up included’. Phoned local service provider to check on the day and advised no pick up arranged/ must make city Centre pick up point/ don’t offer premium service - agreed to check with with Viator and call back. Two hours later after numerous calls asking for pick up confirmation and 30 mins prior to event, advised taxi enroute! 45 mins no taxi, got to venue late. Show excellent, sadly food/drinks very poor. Event listed for 3hours, ended after 2hrs - venue emptied and left waiting 1hr for taxi to return - sorry but this was not the experience we had booked and hoped for!

This was a very enjoyable and entertaining evening. We were taken by bus to a lovely restaurant a short distance outside Krakow city...traditional polish musicians welcomed us and we were then treated to a lovely 3 course meal followed by some traditional polish treats such as cheeses, sausage, dumplings and cold meats.... there was serve yourself wine and beer which was an added treat. Throughout the evening we were entertained by polish folk music, song and dance.... all in all it was a great evening. Highly recommend!!

The dinner and show were excellent. Transportation to and from was provided which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. Worth every penny!
