A somber trip through history

We had an incredible day out starting with Lukasz who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole trip. We were able to skip through the lines to enter the facility, avoiding the blistering cold outdoors. Being in the area was very impactful and sent chills through our bones. Despite being covered with warm clothing, we still felt the intense cold with the winds billowing down, leaving us only able to imagine the immense suffering the victims had to go through with hardly any protection. A visit here is a stark reminder of the dark past of humanity and speaks to the importance of remembering our horrid past lest we allow the same incident to repeat itself in the future, if even at a lesser scale.

Excellent and informative trip. Guides audibility not good on occasions. Site itself could do with some upgrading of the walkways and stairs and the lighting was poor. Helpful driver. Highly recommended.
