It was great. You zip line in the rainforest and they have a few fun surprises for you once you learn the basics. The tour guides are really nice and understand that this is new to you and we're just the dudes.

This is a beautiful location and the facilities are highly maintained. The guys there are a lot of fun. A macaw up close was a highlight of the whole trip.

The zip lining was amazing. The views from up there can’t be beat. We had two guides and one photographer. All three were excellent Rory, Joseph were the ones that made sure we were safe and had a good time. The pictures turned out really nice. They let you know when they’re going to be taking them, which is always nice to know.
I would do it again!

It was a great experience. The driver and tour guides were very nice and informative. Just one note, maybe the description could include mention of the suspended bridge that we had to walk across at an incline at the end. That was probably the scariest part for me. I'm not afraid of heights, obviously, but it would've been nice to be get a heads up about that.

They are amazing! I even left my cell phone in the transportation van on accident and he turned right around! Brought it back to my hotel… Thank YOU! The crew is very encouraging, they helped my young niece with confidence to zip by herself on appropriate lines! Loved it! Entire family from 66yo to 9yo! We loved it! This was our first time in Costa Rica enjoying a birthday vacation. Our tour guides were amazing and I loved the fact that the photographer was ziplining with us. Everyone was so friendly and after our ziplining was done, they served us fresh fruit and beverages. This was the best zipline experience and everyone who comes to Jaco should come here. Pura Vida!

Okay soooo the zip lining was fun and we loved who we went with (adventure park). The guided were very awesome and comforting however, we paid for 14 lines but upon arriving was told it was only 9 lines. It was also suppose to me mountain AND ocean view but was only mountain view.
Adventure park - AWESOME!
The third party booking - Not the best as we were not given what was advertised. Due to this, we are requesting a partial refund. I recommend booking directly through the adventure park. Or verify that you are getting what you paid for.
